Kipriotis Maris Suites

We stayed in Kipriotis Maris Suites on our first visit to Kos, the staff were all friendly and helpful, from the entertainers to the restaurant staff to the bar staff and the cleaning staff, they are all a great team of employees. The entertainers in particular entertained both children and adults and all had unbounded energy. We particularly enjoyed meeting Taylor from our home country along with Freddo and Larissa and the rest of the entertainment team. The hotel had a great pool for adults and great selection of food each day. It was a handy distance from Kos town with a bus stop across the road which ran regularly and a car rental company next door. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower in the bath wasn’t ideal but it was clean and served its purpose. Wi-Fi wasn’t great in the room but was good around the pool and in the hotel and the air-con in the room worked brilliantly and kept us cool. We hired a car and traveled around the island to Lambi, Tigkaki, Kardamena, Zia and Therma, all incredibly beautiful spots and the Kipriotis Maris Suites was a great base to explore from. I would recommend the Maris Suites to anyone visiting Kos, great value for money and a totally lovely experience. We’d definitely come back

Amazing food and staff, pure vibes. Went as a group of 5 lads from the UK. Big up to the animation team Fredo, Taylor, Larisa, Anjali. Reception were very helpful with all the queries we had as well, special thanks to Mustafa, guy is a lifesaver. Recommend the evening activities and the daily afternoon water polo!

We stayed towards the end of August for 1 week and had a blast! Having not been away for a long time I was a bit apprehensive at first with all inclusive packages but I am pleased to say my concerns were put to rest. From the first day and right throughout our stay everyone at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily, the restaurant staff were so polite and quick to turn around tables/ food, they did not leave you waiting. They had a variety of food on each day to keep things interesting with theme nights (fish/ italian/ chinese etc). The beach is literally just over the road with a great little tikki style bar and sunlounges. They even showed the sports which was a bonus! The hotel probably had the best entertainment team in all of kos, every one of them very nice, helpful and encouraging, getting you involved without being pushy. We ended up doing a lot of activities we wouldn't usually do and that's down to how great the team were at interacting with you. I cant remember all the names (sorry!) but special mention goes out to Freddo and Taylor who were always around bringing their positivity to others and creating to an already great atmosphere to enjoy your holiday in. Would definitely come again given the chance!

Not much info given on arrival which was quite late due to delays. Advised there was food on arrival which was clumsily made sandwiches. Room very big but quite dated. There wasn't enough plugs and none near the mirror over the dressing table. Lovely big pool which looked well maintained but it quickly became apparent that there was issues with the water. Children had green hair and after a couple of days my white costume had a green tinge to it which got worse as the week progressed. I didn't see any water tests being carried out at all. The sunloungers were very uncomfortable and difficult to get up from due to there height. Food was very repetitive and mostly luke warm I avoided rice, chicken and fish. Cocktails were very sickly sweet and I suspect the alcohol was watered down. On departure we were advised we could book the courtesy room for a half hour slot, we were taken to the sister hotel to a shower room with only 1 shower. It was already in use by hotel guests so I had to wait which wasn't an issue but the shower was blocked leading to the room being flooded. Very basic facilities and only 1 hairdryer. I gave up when other guests from both hotels started coming in. This hotel is not 5 star, I would not recommend and will not return. It's a shame as I fell in love with Kos.

Food clean but not much selection hotel quiet safe but not much going on room s were nice clean staff were very nice and helpful a bit far from the pulse town about 3 klm not bad for a peaceful holiday pool nice drinks very weak could drink all night and not get merry
