The hotel is situated on the coast in Psalidi with views of the nearby Aegean Sea. The historic city of Kos is 3 km away and close at hand there are important monuments from the ancient Aegean civilisation as well as the beach of 'Therma' which is well known for its Natural Spa. Kos international airport is 25 km away. The reception area with its modern decoration has a warm and cosy atmosphere. We just returned from a superb holiday at the Maris Suites. Absolutely terrific. Incredible, attentive and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they all worked as a well oiled, unobtrusive team. We shall certainly return.

Good holiday

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star as advertised, more so a 3. However, we had a good time. The entertainment team are so lovely, Fredo and Taylor were amazing! The breakfast was good, however lunch/dinner were very hit and miss, the cocktails included in the all inclusive were good.

We arrived on the 27th of May for 10 days. Having read some of the negative reports I must say we cannot complain the hotel was very clean with daily maid service. The food was a delicious variety of both Greek and European food. There was a Greek night which was perfect with ouzo and Souvlaki on the menu ....lovely. There were Greek dancers who were super and encouraged participation which was fun. The staff were all very friendly and helpful Olga the hotel manager and Fotina the Restraunt Manager were very hands on and visible. The reception staff were also good particularly Anna. The bar staff were all very friendly and hard working a big thank you to Captain and his Team for making our holiday a lot of fun. We will definately return to this hotel and would recommend it. Kos is such a beautiful island with so much to see and do we would definately recommend it. A big thank you to all for making our holiday so special 💕

Don’t go!!

I have never felt compelled to write a review until now. Booked this hotel dates 25th may 25 to 31st may. Advertised 5 star so booked for a 30th/50th birthday. Very disappointing, apartment very poor, entertainment poor, food awful poor selection & cold breakfast from awakening. Apartments not easily accessible and ant infested. Multiple other families complained whilst I was there and shared their annoyance. Very disappointing experience not as advertised. Would advise not to go. Have stayed in much better 3 star hotels in Spain

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The grounds are infested with ants, the pool tiles around the side of the pool are broken and unsafe. Screws sticking up in the room, dirty bathroom. No catering for children’s food, snack bar the children were refused a cheese pizza, as only putting full toppings on the pizzas. Fish fingers for lunch and dinner for 5 days out of 7. The air con should have been on from 1st June, despite several complaints and promises, it was still not working on the 3rd June when we left. Not a 5 star as advertised, 2 star at the best. The photos are from years ago, none are recent of the current state of the hotel. All staff just just say yes when anything is raised and brush you under the carpet. Do not book this hotel.

The property features 183 luxurious rooms including 9 rooms designed for guests with special needs. All rooms are very spacious with modern - easy living furnishing. They all have large verandas with view either to the gardens, the pool or the sea. Rooms are broken down in superior rooms and junior suites.
