Kipriotis Maris Suites

We had a lovely stay at Kipriotis Maris and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff work incredibly hard to make sure guests have a great experience. The bar staff were always friendly and quick with service. They created a great vibe throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the animation team. Taylor, Lara, Sean and Mercy were fantastic from start to finish. They were always full of energy and very encouraging to everyone to join activities. Their enthusiasm and friendliness really made a great impact on this hotel. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing , I will say the pool is quite deep but it’s still an amazing place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Would happily return to this hotel.

We are here now. Pool side is amazing. Bar at the poolside is manned early until midnight with lots of choice. We have a suite at poolside which is huge as is the bed. Rooms do need a lick of paint. Food is like you would expect at an all inclusive. Bit samey but good. Now the negative. The evening entertainment I'd you can call it that ,is awful.

3 star at most. Rooms very tired, bathroom dirty, cracked tiles with shower that does not stay in its holder which makes for a fun game of shower roulette. Food poor, cold, and if you are veggie enjoy the chips and salad! Most disappointing is vibe in evenings. Kids disco at 8.30 pm followed by beer pong, bingo, or karaoke. No live music for a relaxed vibe for grownups. Probably great for families but not for us. Pool nice but if you want a lounger in the shade you have to be there before 9am. Feel cheated paid for 5 star all inclusive and got Greek butlins.

We are due to leave this hotel tomorrow and can honestly say I’m not impressed at all. To look at, this hotel looks lovely. The reception area was nice and clean, staff waiting at the doors are friendly, always smiling. Further into the hotel, not so much. The pool area is dirty, there’s always a horrible stench coming from somewhere, floors always sticky, ants EVERYWHERE. The hotel is riddled with them and nothing seems to be done about it. There’s not enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying at the hotel, so you have to be up at the crack of dawn to put a towel down even though a you’re not supposed to, or you won’t get a sunbed. Pool water and some ice ice cream for the night to help you get through I’ll call bar is ok but they charge 1 euro 50 for bottles of water that are 50c at the shop!! The food isn’t the best, definitely not 5 star. Most of the food is cold or barely warm unless it’s been put out fresh while you’ve been stood there. Not much variety, breakfast was probably the best bit. there is also flys flying about in the restaurant and sitting on the food, so that was very off putting. our room wasn’t the best either, filthy infact. We were placed on the ground floor. The room is quite spacious but very dated. The bathroom was dirty and very old looking, black mold in between the tiles, in between the bath and floor, and on the ceiling. There hot water on the sink tap didn’t work, only cold. The mattress was dirty, stains and hairs on it so obviously they weren’t being properly changed. The patio outside of the room, was swarmed with Ants, so you cant keep your door open, we even had ants in the room at once point. Staff just say there’s nothing can be done about it. Entertainment isn’t the best, the entertainment team make do with what they’ve got, they do mini disco for the kids, which our kids loved for a little boogie. They do karaoke and some quizzes but that’s it. Definitely think they could expand on that area! All in all, definitely wouldn’t come back to this hotel, the area itself is lovely but not much to do.

The best holiday ever i had in Greece in kos. firstly the place is beautiful and i like the animation team at the hotel of Kipriotis Maris, because they made the atmosphere of the hotel with their fun activities. All big ups to Taylor, Mercy, Sean and Larissa cos they are amazing at their job. we enjoyed our stay since from the beginning.
