The hotel is situated on the coast in Psalidi with views of the nearby Aegean Sea. The historic city of Kos is 3 km away and close at hand there are important monuments from the ancient Aegean civilisation as well as the beach of 'Therma' which is well known for its Natural Spa. Kos international airport is 25 km away. The reception area with its modern decoration has a warm and cosy atmosphere. My boyfriend and I stayed one week at the Kipriotis Maris Suites with an all inclusive package. The village was huge and offered a lot of services (restaurant, bar, swimmingpools, minimarket and sunbeds on the beach). Thanks to the receptionists that suggested us escursions and things to do in the city, especially to the only one that spoke in Italian (sorry but I don't remember her name). We really appreciated quality of food and drinks (their Tzatziki was the number 1 ) and the type of room. In the evening we could attend several shows even if the entertainment was quite soft. We loved the atmosphere and the peace of this place and we recommend it to couples or families that want to enjoy the sea, the view and the beauty of the coast. Excellent quality-price ratio!

Ok holiday but not 5 star at all

Just not a 5 star hotel in anyway so dont expect one it a 3 plus everything from food to drinks were average and the rooms not the best and some very far away up steep hills and steps not much room round the pool either

End of summer trip to Kos

Spent a week at the hotel at the end of September, beginning of October. Like some of the other reviews, I have to agree that this is not or no longer a 5 star hotel tired looking in parts, some bar chairs broken and noticed in parts tiles missing on walkways. Room cleaned each day, staff pleasant. I can’t complain about the food, plenty of choice and was nice in my opinion. The bar was ok, but serving in drinks in small flimsy plastic cups should be changed, especially as the hotel charges an environmental tax on arrival…… not very sustainable and or environmentally friendly….. The entire entertainment team were amazing, trying their best and keeping us all entertained, thank you.

This is not a 5* hotel, at best 3* and hotel and rooms are due a renovation. Avoid.

The hotel is situated up a 300m very steep slope which was an issue as we suffer with mobility due to knee replacement. The standard of the place isn’t 5*, really it’s a low 3*. It’s tired and in desperate need of a renovation or at the very least a deep clean and bathrooms updating. Room was grubby, smelt of damp and mold in bathroom, dirty tea and coffee making facilities with stains. Broken furniture. Wine is served from rotating slush puppy machines, something I’d expect see at Butlins not in a 5* resort. Food was really basic and average. Staff are rude but that will be due to constant queues at reception with people complaining. If you want to enjoy your holiday, I would strongly suggest you avoid this hotel, or at least manage your expectations and prepare to stay in a slightly run down Premier Inn room. If you really want 5*, try Hotel Aqua in Marmaris, Turkey, this blows this place out of the water. Perhaps someone from management should take a trip and see how it should be done.

Separated from the beach by the coast road alone, this 5 star property features comfortable and spacious rooms built in bungalow complexes all around the pool and garden area creating a fantastic setting ideal for relaxing and luxurious holidays. The property features 183 luxurious rooms including 9 rooms designed for guests with special needs. All rooms are very spacious with modern - easy living furnishing. They all have large verandas with view either to the gardens, the pool or the sea. Rooms are broken down in superior rooms and junior suites.
