A Joyful holiday

We stayed at this hotel as a family for five nights and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a family room with both sea and pool views, and waking up to that scenery every morning was a real treat. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with enough space for all of us to feel at home. One small issue we encountered was with the air conditioning—it stopped working between 9 and 12 in the morning each day. It wasn’t a major problem, but the room did get a bit warm during those hours. That said, everything else more than made up for it. The pool options were impressive. There was something for everyone: a warm pool, an indoor pool, a kids’ pool, and a large main pool that never felt crowded. The aqua park area for adults had five slides, which made for some great fun, but the children’s aqua park was especially fantastic—colorful, safe, and full of exciting features that kept the little ones happy for hours. Although the beach was on the smaller side, it was clean and pleasant, with plenty of loungers and easy access to the water. It’s not the highlight of the resort, but it was still a lovely spot to relax. Food was another highlight of our stay. You could eat practically any time of day, and the variety and quality were excellent. We tried both the Pangea and Ottoman à la carte restaurants—everything we ordered was delicious, with elegant presentation and attentive service. Even outside the à la carte options, the general buffet and snack areas offered lots of tasty choices for every palate. The hotel is extremely child-friendly, which made things so much easier for us as a family. There were lots of activities and amenities tailored for kids, and we always felt that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Speaking of the staff—they were wonderful. Always smiling, polite, and quick to help with any issue. Their positive attitude and problem-solving approach really stood out. From the welcoming atmosphere to the great food and family-friendly facilities, we were very satisfied with our stay. We left with lovely memories and are already looking forward to returning in the future!

The time spent was incredible. Everything was excelent. We warmly recomend the place for summer time. The weather was sunny all the tune and ideal for summet sports. Beach well organised.
