Fantastic Family Holiday

We had a great holiday here! The hotel was very modern and designed well with lots of different places to eat, drink and socialise. It was kept very well and clean. Service was really good from people on the check-in desks, porters, cleaners, waitresses/waiters. Special mentions to the kids club staff, my daughter absolutely loved kids club, they made her feel so welcome. She loved the mini-disco, the activities were really good (lots of lovely experiences and momentos to take home). Always friendly, smiley and welcoming. Just a side note - there are a few activities you can pay extra for but they only do cash, not card. Erkan - was just so lovely and couldnt do enough for us! He made a real effort to make us feel welcome especially, with our children. Ramazan and the other staff were great too. Mehmet- was so good, the drinks/cocktails he made were really great. He was always friendly and chatty. Facilities were good - spa (would recommend), amusements, water slides, kids pools, gym, disco room, outdoor bars. Lots of sunbeds (no need to get up early), around the pools and beach. Lots of activities for the adults around the pool during the day. Staff were great with guests. They even had water boats for the kids one of the days. Great entertainment programme of an evening - shows, live music, themed events and inflatables for the kids. We used Toprak for private transfer and honestly was worth every penny. Only thing I could say, was the behaviour of some guests. Nothing major but some kids were literally playing football im the reception area, jumping from sofa/sofa in the reception area and adults putting their bare feet all over the tables where people would be sitting/drinking (this wasn't just one off either). I know this isnt staffs fault and they probably dont want to upset guests but it is a 5* hotel. Overall, we had a great holiday, would really recommend and we will be back. Thank you.

We had a great time at Arycanda Kirman Premium resort. The activities and engagement was excellent, especially with Deniz who led a lot of the sports, can highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Arycanda Kirman in May 2026. The hotel is stunning, restaurants producing a great offering of meals each day and the bar staff amazing. Murat in the beach bar was great, a lovely and friendly guy who made beautiful drinks every day for myself and my children. Unfortunately my daughter had an outbreak of chicken pox during our stay, potentially making for a disastrous trip due to not being able to fly on the scheduled flight. However, the support from Kaan, Yaroslav and his team made for the most stress free experience we could've asked for. His professionalism, care and ability to communicate with numerous parties to resolve issues was second to none. We can't thank him enough for making our holiday a huge success given the circumstances.
