Great hotel for families, our kids loved the slides and entertainment. The animation team are excellent and work really hard to keep everyone entertained. Food and drink is also really good, bar staff and waiters also do an amazing job. Also an added bonus the mini fridge gets topped up daily free of charge.

We are just at the end of our 2 week stay here. We have absolutely loved this hotel staff go above and beyond to make you happy and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The animation team are so friendly and put 110% into everything they do. The rooms also cleaned everyday with the mini bar stocked up daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great family venue, helpful staff, great slides for the kids and loads of drinks to choose from.. Entertainment is great in the evening, loads to do through the day as well! Would definitely recommend!

First time at this hotel, excellent staff, best all inclusive we have been, the entertainment is great. Very clean hotel. The daily programme for entertainment is good and the kids club is great also. Highly recommend. The only issue was with one of the life guards. Some children was running up the water slides my daughter hit her head as she collided with these children, spoke to a older gentleman(life guard) with glasses (he refused to provide his name) and I advised the situation he said “I’m tired I work all the time. Not my problem” I have reported this to the manager he was amazing very understanding and very apologetic and resolved the safety concerns I had. All other staff are amazing ☺️

A fabulous hotel, amazing facilities and a great vibe. All staff give great service. Really modern venue, with a great food offering. A brilliant and friendly animation team, supported by Ali on the decks! Oh and pool waiters on roller skates!
