Komaneka at Keramas Beach

Amazing warmest reception at Timur Kitchen by Widya and her staff in the afternoon tea during the stay at Komaneca at Keramas Beach. She kindly introduce the local delicacies to us including the wajik, a kind of Indonesia sticky rice, which is so different to the similar item in other Asian countries. My wife and I had experienced it at Komaneca at Bisma Ubud just a few days ago during our journey. Very glad to meet Widya. She tell us in detai about wajik. When I asked her where can we buy some to eat in the folllowing days prio to leaveing Bali, she immediately sent us a complimentary plate of five pieces of wajiks, and notified her staff to prepare some for us in following morning breakfast, although actually wajik is not in the menu of breakfast. We appreciated the impressive hospitality very much.

The black sand beach is beautiful and peaceful, with fine sand that is perfect for a morning walk along the shoreline.
