Korumar Ephesus Beach &Spa Resort

We stayed here as a family of four during May half term, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. The hotel was spotless, staff always working to keep it looking tidy. We didn’t use kids club as our children didn’t want to go, but we did go in to look around and it looked great. Food - Always plenty of choice and different themed nights in the main buffet restaurant. Lunch - we always ate at the snack bar near the beach, again always plenty of choice each day. Fresh waffles and crepes made each afternoon. They also have a patisserie which was lovely. We didnt visit the other restaurants as they were fully booked, I would advise booking these as soon as you get there. Overall lovely holiday and would definitely return.

Went twice as we loved it, gigantous pools places for kids, beach is crystal clean, look out for the "giga phone". Staff were lovely and don't get me started on the drinks as I have one emoji to describe them 😜. Just go

Just come back from this hotel, and there’s nothing to complain about, the staff were great, the rooms were superb, we were allocated a land view but were given a room with a pool view and a balcony so that was good, the rooms had good aircon were serviced daily, There are a choice of places to eat during the day, and they even reopen the restaurant from 11 pm to 01,30 for late arrivals or the guests if you fancy something to eat late, there’s a 24 hour just in case you fancy a drink in the middle of the night… deffo 5 stars Now as for the location, if like my daughters you are happy staying in the hotel all week you’ll love it, if like me who always hires a car as I want to have a look around where we stay you’re gonna be quite limited to where you can go, Kusdasi town is good but virtually impossible to park. But still worth a visit, the shopping is quite expensive there compared to Antalya area, that’s said we found a couple of Bazaars, one called Carsi bazaar that was a 10 minute drive, and another called Soysette bazaar which is 20 mins away, both had the usual, cheap trainers, bags, T shirts etc, so for cheap shopping head there Overall a great week and a great hotel

We have been coming to Turkey for 17 years, stayed in 8 different hotels and this is now our favourite hotel of them all! Positives: Cleanliness - this hotel is by far the cleanest hotel. It is spotless. There are always staff cleaning. The hotel is well kept and maintained too. Rooms - we stayed in a standard room and we were impressed. Super clean, modern, light and airy and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Cleaned each day by house keeping to a high standard and personal little touches like "elephant" and "swan" towels. Poolside - very clean and spacious. There are a lot of sunbeds and bizarrely (compared with other hotels) there aren't too many reserved so plenty to go around. Food/drink - food was great! Relatively hot/warm and tasted good. Plenty of choice. Jacket potatoes by the snack bar in the afternoon were very good, cakes amazing and a great selection of ice creams served throughout the day. A good selection of drinks and lots of premium brands too. Location - for us the location is quiet which we were happy with. Selcuk and Kusadasi easy to reach by Dolmus. Really wish there was a local shop nearby though. Staff - the staff here made our holiday! They were lovely, friendly and professional. We went with our 18 year old daughter who wasn't made to feel uncomfortable with the young male staff at all. A few staff to mention - the bar staff by reception, snack bar and pool side were super friendly. The waiters in the outside seating area (near to the patisserie) were amazing, very friendly and super attentive. Sari (restaurant and patisserie) was very sweet and friendly. She has only just started at the hotel but was very efficient and always smiling. Reception very friendly and helpful. The male animation team (didn't speak to the girls) in particular Ceku (spelling?) who was very lovely and friendly. Funda from the Spa. We didn't have a massage but she was super lovely, had great people skills and very knowledgeable. Busra from Guest Relations was the friendliest person with a great sense of humour. Her communication and English language was amazing, she was very attentive and extremely helpful. Negatives - the drinks system at the bar. As soon as you get to the inside bars your drinks order in taken and bought to your seating area. Sometimes this is great and appreciative, however, some times you just want to grab a quick drink and go, but you end up waiting 15 minutes for your drink! I love the personal touch, but sometimes it just doesn't work! The shower cubicle - was very very slippy and the shower leaked. Coffee shop - looks beautiful, cakes amazing but you are limited to standard hot drinks. In other hotels we have had a great selection of barrista style drinks - hot and cold. WiFi - hit and miss - some areas are better than others! Lots of kids! - this didn't bother us too much, however, I know it can put couples off. They were generally well behaved and kept entertained by the hotel though. Overall, we loved this hotel and will definitely be returning next year!

Just returned from the most relaxing week away.. The transfer from Izmir airport takes approximately an hour by coach, arrived at the hotel where they supplied drinks in the reception area, check in was fairly smooth and luggage was taken to our room. We had a swim up room, highly recommend, clean spacious and a large comfy bed, on our terrace we had a small table 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers, so peaceful calm and an amazing shared pool. The cleaners come every day and the mini bar is stocked daily. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was nice, varied and you would always find something to eat even for the fussiest of eaters, salad and fruit bar was fresh and prepared in front of you, dinner would get busy and can be loud inside but plenty of seating outside. This is a large hotel so even though it's busy there always feels like there is plenty of space, the lounge room has a wall of bookcases with plenty of books to borrow if you should run out, and we would often use this room to play card games in the evening. Tips and advice..... Be mindful that the shower floor is very slippery when wet, we used a small towel in the shower to stand on and this worked well. Take Euros for use in the hotel. Take good mosquito repellent, the hotel grounds and rooms are sprayed but we still got eaten. This was our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed, we had an amazing holiday and we will definitely return here again, highly recommend.
