Beautiful Hotel. Lovely Staff. First Class.

We first visited back in September 2024 and loved the atmosphere of the place. The staff are first class. Always smiling and helpful from the arrival at reception, right the way through the bars, restaurants and the Service staff. They make it such a lovely experience and such a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed it so much we were back in October 2025 and we will be back there again in May 2026.

A beautiful place… yet it is the people who make it truly shine. From management to the housekeeping team, there is a calming happiness that seems to live in every corner of this resort. Each year my friend and I choose a new country, a new resort, a new experience — and somehow each year feels better than the last. But after staying at Kreston Royal Euphoria, I believe our search may finally be complete. I’m not sure anything more perfect exists. For a resort of this size, the way we were welcomed as though we were family was remarkable. Everything felt effortless. Joyful. Within moments we slipped into holiday mode, completely at ease and so beautifully looked after. My heartfelt thanks go to Giota, Argiro, Stergia and Sara in the restaurant, and to Petros at the bar — a quiet magician who seemed to know my drink before I even asked. And of course the radiant Fontini at the pool bar, a hardworking soul whose happiness seems to glow from within. We will most definitely be returning in 2026.

Aegeo Spa at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort

I recently visited the Aegeo Spa at the Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. I booked a full-body relaxing treatment with Michael Angelo, and it was honestly one of the best spa sessions I’ve ever had. Michael Angelo is an outstanding therapist — professional, intuitive, and genuinely skilled. His technique is incredibly smooth and precise, and he created a perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic care. The spa itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a calming atmosphere, spotless facilities, and very welcoming staff. Everything contributed to a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended to anyone staying at the resort.

If you just want to relax and chill out this is for you

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. This was our 3rd visit this year ( I know, very fortunate). What a fabulous hotel this is if you really want to chill out. Our room was just as we requested overlooking the bay and in the main body of the hotel. It was kept beautifully clean with towels replaced daily. If you required your bed changing just pop the note on your bed and it’s done. There is fresh bottled water delivered each day but If you need more just ask at reception it’s not a problem. Food in the dining room was varied, plentiful and delicious and the dining room was all watched over by the amazing Kostas who didn’t miss a thing and who always made sure we had our favourite table which was looked after by Michael. George and Petros looked after the cocktail bar and we always found it amazing watching George precisely set up his bar around 5pm. Thankyou for looking after us as always. Finally thankyou Susanna for everything you do. Nothing is too much trouble and we appreciate it so much. To all the team at Kresten Royal…. Thankyou. In our opinion we wouldn’t say it’s for the younger people who like to party/disco all night. It’s just not that kind of hotel. It’s not a noisy hotel at all. There are many more hotels who would cater for those sort of requirements in other areas of Rhodes , so don’t book and then moan about it. Do your homework.

A warm welcome from all - highly recommended

We greatly enjoyed our time at Kresten Royal Euphoria Hotel. Going all inclusive helped us to relax and know that there were very few additional costs to our booking fee. Jet2 staff greeted us at Stansted and in Rhodes, and our shuttle bus was immediately available, and dropped us at our hotel within 30 minutes. Accommodation was very pleasant in a low rise block of just two storeys, and we had a lovely view of the sea. Shout out to Donna on the cleaning staff, who was very jolly and friendly. Food was excellent - such a variety in the main restaurant (buffet style) and the a la carte restaurants were very good - make sure you book via the hotel app early in your stay as these get booked up quickly. You may not be able to get in for the first 3 or 4 days. We enjoyed the welcome from Giota, Argiro, Stergia, Sara and Tea. The bar staff were charming and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the warmth of Petros and Fotini. And finally a shout out to Susanna on reception, who gained a refund for us from a local taxi firm who shockingly over-charged us. She secured an unexpected full refund for us. All in all this was a great holiday and I heartily recommend Jet2 and this hotel to you.
