Not the best start but ended well

I was travelling with my 80 year old grandma. Upon arrival at 2:30am we were getting checked in, very excited but exhausted at the same time. We were extremely disappointed to have been told there had been a mistake from the reservations team and he would book us a taxi to the La Marquise hotel 10 mins drive away”. As we were hit with this news we couldn’t believe it, we were only staying for 4 nights and this had stressed us out straight away. We came back the following morning, and the hotel upgraded us to a royal suite with private pool. This was a gorgeous room with plenty of space & privacy and we were grateful for this. It’s a shame that we started the holiday the way we did, as everything else was perfect. Food was 10/10, lots of variety & all staff were friendly & especially the Barman (petros) at the upstairs pool bar.

My wife and I have just returned from a really pleasant holiday at this hotel. As soon as you arrive the staff can’t do enough for you The hotel, restaurant, rooms and pool area are absolutely spot on Not huge amounts of things to do in terms of activities but that is exactly what we wanted You cannot write a review about this place without acknowledging Petros, this guy is an absolute amazing host we felt like we had known him for years, He welcomed us on day 1 and nothing was ever to much trouble. We will be back again soon for sure

I stayed at Royal Euphoria Resort for 10 days with 5 of my friends. The service in the restaurant / bar was unmatched, always helpful and going the extra mile so make sure we were having a good time. Rooms were always clean and food was great. Petros at the upstairs pool bar was very friendly and even learnt our orders by heart to make the service even better. Would definitely return!

Fantastic second time here!

We came back for the second time (the first being for our honeymoon) with our almost 3 year old for his first holiday abroad and for my 30th birthday. Staff were incredible as always and we had our room upgraded to a suite with a private pool for my birthday ☺️ Towards the end of our holiday I booked a full body massage with an aloe Vera wrap and a mini facial - my therapist was Antonia and she was incredible! I felt instantly relaxed and the knots from my neck and shoulders have gone. I couldn’t be happier with this service

Thank you you Kresten royal euphoria for another fantastic holiday This was our 3rd time to the Kresten and has been fantastic everytime all the staff go above & beyond, the food has been amazing the cocktails have been spot on, George kept the beers going & in the main restaurant Armando gave us great table service & the two that made it for you was Argyros & Sara who where fantastic plus if you are visiting the Kresten Sara likes a quiz question when she's seeing you to your table, but dont take my word for it just book it and enjoy your Holiday
