My wife and I were at the hotel for the third time. We stayed in the so-called adults' side in a junior suite. The first time we were there was about 10 years ago, the second time was 3 years ago. The hotel's standard had not dropped at any point and everything was clean, the service worked really well, the staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The quietness of the area was special for a big hotel, and nothing even disturbed our naps. A really special experience once again and we will definitely return in May 2026 for two weeks. A week was a bit short. I recommend the hotel with all my heart. The only small area for improvement would be to open the gym from 6:00 am. As a morning person, it would have been nice to go to the gym before breakfast after a morning walk. Another great experience. Thanks to the staff.

We chose La Marquise Luxury Resort Complex as the place for our wedding and stay, because we were enchanted by the beautiful chapel located within the hotel grounds. The possibility of having the ceremony, the reception, and the holiday all in one place was exactly what we were looking for. Before our arrival, communication with the hotel manager was excellent – every question was answered quickly, and our requests or changes were accepted without any problems. After checking in, we had a meeting to go through all the details once again, which gave us peace of mind and confidence that everything was under control. The wedding ceremony by the chapel was absolutely beautiful. The decorations perfectly matched our chosen colour scheme, the music created a magical atmosphere, and the reception dinner with traditional Greek dishes was both delicious and generous, allowing everyone to try everything. The wedding cake (Kinder Bueno style) was a highlight and tasted amazing. The service throughout the evening was professional, attentive and very kind. Our room in the adults-only area with a private pool was peaceful, spacious and spotless. Towels were changed daily, and we could always call for a buggy to take us to the reception or to the beach if needed. The adults-only bar was close by, and there was also a fantastic coffee shop with great drinks and snacks. The food across all restaurants during our stay was of high quality and varied. The location is also convenient – close to the airport and with easy access by public transport to Rhodes Old Town. For us, the most important thing was that our wedding day turned out to be absolutely perfect – from the organisation and decorations to the food and the staff’s support. We could fully enjoy our day without stress, and it became a memory we will treasure forever. This was our first visit in many years to Rhodes and after booking, like many, the reviews began to worry me. Absolutely no need as this holiday was perfect. On arrival we were greeted warmly by reception and given a full explanation on how our ‘black card’ worked. I downloaded their app and later booked all the a la carte restaurants with ease. We were taken to our room by buggy with a further tour of the area. We stayed in the adults area in a balcony room. Our view looked over the 2 pools and was particularly stunning in the evening when lit. The room was huge with a large king bed, sofa, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and we slept soundly as it was so comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is large with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The included shower gel, hand liquid soap and shampoo smelt lemony and pleasant. My only gripe is the hairdryer!! I have long hair and the dryer cut out regularly when it overheated. I do think that upgrading the hairdryers would add a more luxurious feel to the bathroom. The room was cleaned by the ‘magic fairies’ each morning, the towels changed and the bed sheets when we left the ‘turtle’ on the bed. A bottle of water was left each day and the tea/coffee and sugar was topped up. We lay around the pool each day and had no issues finding beds. The pool towels can be changed regularly too. So now to food and drink!!! Wow wow wow!! We travel regularly to apartments, hotels and on cruise lines and have experienced bad, bland and luxury. This hotel offers the best food options we have ever experienced. It was consistently good with wow moments thrown in to. Breakfast in L’Etoile was a delight served by the friendliest staff who genuinely offer the warmest hospitality and remember your coffee choices and my special omelette. Just perfect. Apart from our a la carte lunch in The Gondola ( which was incredible- the prawn starter 10/10) we went to Da Vinci each day and the choices were vast. We would try and sit outside for the ambiance. My favourite was the tzatziki and homemade pittas with salad which varied each day. Delicious washed down with a glass of rose. In the evening apart from our first night ( Da Vinci main dining) we went to the 3 a la carte restaurants. It felt so varied and special being able to dine at different venues and added to the luxury feel. When we had a space for afternoon tea we visited The Coffee House! The cakes and cookies look beautiful and taste so good. They also serve savoury snacks and ice cream here too. You will not go hungry at this hotel. A mention to the beautiful reception area, the Crystal bar with stunning light fittings, beautiful sofas and a general air of 5 star feel. All staff we interacted with gave excellent customer service but in a natural friendly manner and are a credit to the hotel. We had an exceptional week here- thank you to you all for a wonderful Greek experience
