COMPALINT!! Very rude guest service manager named Nigel. We complained that we get charged for water at our evening meal and he started talking over us and not listening. Ive been a customer service manger/complaints resolution manager and have personally trained staff all over the world in customer service practices. and the way Nigel treated us was disgusting. He needs re training / or dismissed. I asked Nigel to leave me and family alone and asked him to step away which he refused to do. Instead he carried on arguing with me and stated why he had to leave. He did not understand that sometimes its best to remove yourself from a confrontation. I instead decided to remove myself from the situation and left the reception area. I later returned and took the lead in apologising to him for the arguing in which i expected to get an apology from him for the way he dealt with the complaint, but noting he didn't apologise , didn't offer any mediation to rectify the complaint. He was arrogant and very rude to my sister, not listening to any of her complaints which is when i started to take over the conversation. He totally ruined our holiday and lacked any professional courtesy. All of this can be seen on your CCTV footage and hopefully it has voice on their as well to back up what i have said. Please re train this unprofessional person or dismiss him before your hotel reputation gets damaged. Look forward to you reply.
