3rd time visiting this hotel, emailed reception for ground floor rooms and was kindly allocated them, Check in staff were amazing so thank you guys, rooms are spacious and could do with an upgrade or some TLC. Good air con, tea coffee kettle supplied and replaced, mini fridge and free safe also. Pool area good, it does state salt water but this never bothered anyone, new sun beds around but umbrellas seem to be scarce, however I wish someone would take the time have a walk around a couple of times a day as cups blowing around where people are to lazy to use the rubbish bins.. I feel the food standard has dropped slightly but still good enough and always something to eat, we never actually used the downstairs restaurant in the evening as we prefer to walk out in as so much choice around, and the entertainment was poor and bar queues are to big… Daily pool entertainment was good, some good staff like Jamal etc… that have bags of energy… Outside the hotel is fantastic, so much to do and see, and so many places to eat and drink.. Overall another great holiday and no doubt we will return… Thanks 😎⭐️

Having stayed at another labranda hotel in lanzarotevwe were all inclusive plus points great location large rooms with free use of safe and air conditioning Rooms cleaned daily Not so good points bathroom door would not close at all reported to reception 3 times and promised they would sort it but was never even looked at In my opinion not a 4 star hotel Breakfasts wete good Lunch and dinner not so good unless you like your deserts as there was amazing choice not much use to me though as needs to be sugar free some sugar free options would have been appreciated as stated previously queues at bar for evening entertainment could do with a bit TLC in some areas We ate out a few times some amazing and very reasonably priced restuarants

Having just returned from this hotel to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday, both my wife and I are very disappointed. On available there nobody to help with luggage and nobody to show you to your room. Late arrivals only get a sandwich. The standard and facilities of this hotel are very poor, and nowhere near the 4 star rating. You will obviously read all previous reviews, but if you enjoy good and varied food, this is not the place for you. It's very repetitive and on occasions either, cold, raw, or burnt. We were happy with the breakfast, although it's not fresh fruit juices. Cocktails are very basic in a plastic tumbler. All beverages, tea, coffee, wine, beer, and all soft drinks are self-service from machines. The entertainment is outside, and seating is very limited on plastic table and chairs. Staff behind the inside bar was sparce, causing long queues. There are three pools, one of which is for young children, one for general use and one supposedly for 18 and over, still children were in the pool. Very limited parasols, so shade from the sun was very difficult. All rules made for this hotel, were not adhered to. Pool towels cost 10 euros per person, refunded at the end of your stay. If you need to change your towels, there is a further fee of 1 euro per towels. Now to the accommodation. Rooms were spacious and consisted of 2 x hard single beds pushed together. The pillows are very comfortable. There is a sofa bed which converts to a double bed. There are tea and coffee fantastic, get fresh milk from the restaurant as there is a mini fridge. There is a safe free of charge and also the air-conditioning is free. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower and sink with plenty of very hot water. The downfall was the drains had a terrible smell. Towels were changed daily, and rooms made up. On the spacious balcony, there is a towel rail bring sunbed clips for your towels to dry, as it gets windy. If you require the finer touches, then this is not the hotel for you. I certainly will not be returning to this hotel.

Just back from a really great stay at Labranda Bahia. Stayed for 10 nights all inclusive and found hotel to be in an excellent location just off main street. The food options available were very good particularly omelette made freshly to order, great selection salad bar, breads and nice coffee options, cakes etc. We normally eat out as get bored with options on all inclusive but there really were so many choices available. Very clean hotel with staff constantly ensuring place is spotless. The swimming pools are very clean and well maintained. Hardworking and friendly staff are always smiling and genuinely go out of their way to ensure you are having a great stay. Too many to mention but real family atmosphere. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and hope to return again soon.
