This impressive holiday complex is perched high on a hill, offering superb views over the Aegean Sea and Pamucak Bay. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, providing easy access to the popular resort of Kusadasi eight kilometres away. History buffs might also visit the fabulous Roman city of Ephesus at a 15-minute journey from the hotel. Boasting a beach restaurant and bar, the hotel consists of 2 and 3-storey buildings situated around a central garden as well as five restaurants serving rich and varied buffets as well as a la carte meals. NOT A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE

Went to Kusadasi for the evening on a Saturday night. Returned around 10:30pm and had a great hour of karaoke. After this around 23:15 when it finished I asked the staff about what happens next I was told nothing.. we have to go to the centre ..(, I have just come back) to hotelnand entertainment staff had nothing to offer at the hotel despite a disco and performance area. This is absolutely unacceptable on a Saturday night from a so called 5 star hotel. Please let me enlighten you to the hotel before you book..From the ROMs to the overall experience I offer you an unbiased report

I am reviewing the Aura spa in this hotel. Which was absolutely lovely. Very relaxing and will make a good deal if you have more than one. Great friendly people. Turkish bath was so nice and the massage after was exquisite. 10/10 for the massage. Thankyou

On arrival we were worried what to expect in our room as we walked along the corridor. The carpet was disgustingly filthy, thankfully the room was very clean, but to and from the room each time is depressing. Could not upload the short video of the walk, but the picture is indicative of the whole corridor. Food in main buffet restaurant is invariably cold, yes guests leave the lids open, but it wouldn't be much effort for staff to close them from behind the counter. Limited alcoholic drinks at the beach bar, just beer and wine, no cocktails or even mocktails. Even in the main lobby bar there is a limited cocktail menu, but these are just poured - no shaking or stirring. Quite a disappointing experience, compared to another (Orka Lotus Beach in Marmaris) which we visited earlier this year. Had Labranda Ephesus Princess been our first experience of Turkey, we would have thought long and hard about holidaying in the country again.

Where to start… The food Not the much choice very repetitive tea time food is the dinner time food reheated, all the food not covered so there’s flies and wasps on the food, it’s barely luke warm We booked a standard double which was advertised as being in the main building, got here at 2am on Monday morning to find out we are in a bungalow right at the top of a steep bank, there is a tractor that runs from 10-6 but after that you have to walk up, it’s killing especially when you have a bad back and knee The entertainment.. what entertainment?! It’s on ona night from 10pm until 10.45pm and that’s its it good night very very poor! We will return.. definitely not, if I could get a flight home now I would and we’ve still got 6 days
