A great 4 star hotel experience overall. We were well accommodated during our stay and our daughter absolutely loved the brilliant entertainment team, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Including Shyla, Xavier, Elhaje, Laura, Tim, Scott, Luca, Celia, Romy and Frankie and the many others (apologies to those not mentioned). The pools are spaced apart giving different options during the day. The food was varied with lots of choice-being vegetarian, this is often an issue for us. The hotel staff were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The best spa experience I have ever received! The atmosphere, the knowledge and the experience of the ladies has left me speechless. I am an often spa visitor and as much as I enjoyed all my previous visits this one for sure is my favorite, and it will be quite difficult to beat it! I came to the spa by myself and from the minute i entered I was greeted with smiles, friendlier faces and atmosphere that made me feel like I’m at home. I have only met three ladies one of them was a gorgeous receptionist Paola that has explained every treatment to me , showed me around the spa and made me feel like I’m the only guest that matters ( even though it’s been a busy period and there was a lot of customers) together with her was her colleague Antonia which same as Paola was the friendliest person I have ever come across and last but not least there was a lady called Magda which provided me with the most beautiful treatment. She made me feel safe, comfortable and very relaxed. I was able to tell that she did her job for a long time as her knowledge about the massage was incredible. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be working in such a hot destination and coming across many tourists that won’t always be nice and still having a smile on your face and making the best out of what they have. I am definitely going to come back to Kiatori resort just simply to visit the girls again and try out more treatments. It was 10/10 experience so if you’re thinking about getting anything done at the spa or just simply using the free facilities I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Good place, staff are very accommodating and friendly especially Patricia (receptionist), Tricia , Robin in the catering. All in all our stay is a good experience. Definitely coming back.

The staff were always at hand, helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean, the room service was good and refreshments were served all day. We would visit again.
