LABRANDA Kiotari Miraluna Resort

It was awesome! From the hotel reception to the amazing people at the spa reception (especially antonia) and my message therapist Alex..everything was perfect! She had the softest and most talented hands and somehow managed to relax that tough back of mine. We will definately come back and I can only recommend this spa, if you enjoy a wonderful and professional massage.

Just leaving from a 10 day stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it, the resort is huge with so many different spots to move around. The food is good, always something to pick from however there is an amazing pizzeria up road called capi di pizza which was so nice. The staff at the hotel are also great, especially the bar/waiter staff, always going out their way to make your trip that little bit extra. Our room was in block 300 which was near the top larger pool. Rooms cleaned daily & water bottles provided daily also. Only thing we’d mention is the aircon was so poor, felt warmer inside than it was outside even with air on left on all day (we left second xard in when we were out & about) Location was also nice, a bit out of the way but close enough to kiotari, Pefkos, lindos by bus or taxi. Lindos is a must see especially St Paul’s bay just be aware of the steep incline back up, the large crowds in the blazing heat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here & would like to thank all the staff for making it a fab 10 days

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival when we asked if an upgrade was available and were given a double maisonette room with our own pool, free of charge! This was great as we had children with us and it made their holiday from the moment we arrived. (ROOM NO. 218 & 219) Rooms were lovely, 2 double beds one downstairs and one upstairs, a single bed downstairs also (glad no one had to sleep on it though as was very uncomfortable compared to the doubles). No mirrors upstairs. Hairdryer provided in bathroom and it’s actually ok, works well. No iron, however can hang clothes on hangers or over the banister. Bathroom was lovely however the floor was like a pool after a shower, it soon dried up but can be slippery. Shower head was broken but we managed around this, didn’t ruin our stay at all. Fridge & kettle in room, 2 mugs for potentially 5 people? Cleaners were brilliant, fresh towels daily and they also leave 2 big bottles of water. Staff work exceptionally hard at the resort and are all so friendly, entertainment team were great too! Shop on site to buy necessities if needs be. All inclusive was very much the same kind of thing every night, we booked the BBQ at the aqua bar which was a nice change. Also we had a night at the Italian restaurant which was amazing!! Soft drinks were good, alcoholic drinks not so good, beer was ok but spirits all tasted the same and in all honesty were horrid in my opinion. Beach bar isn’t part of the all inclusive, you have to buy drinks on the beach. There is the option to buy branded spirits in the main bar. 4 of us had massages at the spa which are a must, 90 minutes for €75. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would return, there isn’t much to do around the site however you don’t really need to leave unless you’d like to explore. Rhodes is around 1.5hr on bus and Lindos around 20-30mins.

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel and overall had a really enjoyable experience. One of the absolute highlights was our room location, we were given a room that opened directly onto the main pool area, and this genuinely made our holiday. Being able to walk straight out to the pool, leave the patio door unlocked, and pop back into the room throughout the day was incredibly convenient. It also meant getting a sunbed in the morning was never an issue. The room itself was more modern than many others we’ve stayed in at similar hotels. Small touches like having plenty of sockets and USB ports by the bed made a big difference and showed that the rooms have been thoughtfully updated. There were, however, a few negatives worth mentioning. The bathroom design wasn’t ideal, the window looked out into the corridor, which didn’t offer much privacy. We also had issues with smells and flies coming from the drains, which was unpleasant. There was also occasional smells around the toilets around the hotel pools from the drains. We contacted reception three times during our stay, and to their credit, they responded quickly each time. The first call was due to giant cockroaches in the room, including one coming out of the air con unit and another in the bed. Someone came to the room and removed them. I was hoping they would let us move room or spray something but that wasn't offered. The second time was because the air conditioning stopped working, and the third was when the patio door pin jammed and wouldn’t open. Each issue was dealt with promptly. In terms of the all‑inclusive offering, the drinks could definitely be improved. It would be great if the beach bar were included, as currently you have to pay there. Adding a few more liqueurs, such as amaretto, would also elevate the experience, we were glad we’d brought a bottle from the airport. Joey at the pool bar was absolutely fantastic. He works incredibly hard, and long hours. Chara and her colleague were also wonderful. They helped us book several trips and even came to say goodbye as we were leaving, which was such a thoughtful touch. Food wise, the hotel did well overall. Breakfast was good, although every time I had eggs, they seemed to have bits of shell in them. Lunches and dinners offered a great variety, and the Asian night on Tuesdays was a real highlight. The gyros and pizza bars were also excellent and tasty. The Italian restaurant, which is included once per stay, was outstanding. The food was fantastic, and if we’d had the option to pay to go again, we absolutely would have. The beach was a slight disappointment. It’s much more rubble than sand/stones so swim shoes are a must. That said, the water itself is beautiful, clear, and lovely to swim in. Despite a few issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for the right price.

We have had an amazing experience at the Aegeo spa at the Miraluna Beach hotel Rhodes. We had a full body massage. The rooms were relaxing and Dimitrol and Alexandra were simply the best.
