What a great family holiday! We only booked 4weeks before travelling so there wasn’t a lot of choice left with jet2 especially being summer holidays but we fell lucky with this hotel! The bungalows we stayed in were perfect for the 5 of us, newly refurbished and great air conditioning which was fantastic since it was 40+ some days. The entertainment team worked very hard and are very friendly especially Eros and Emre. Also great boat trip booked through the guy at the hotel, very reasonable! Only negatives were the cleaning of the bathrooms, not once in 9 days. I did ask the cleaner to please wipe sinks and toilet but she obviously didn’t understand English. And drinks at the bar were not chilled and they often ran out of ice. Not a 5* as advertised on trip advisor but jet 2 advertised as 4* so were happy with that. We don’t return to many hotels but have rebooked for October half term and can’t wait!!

Booked a few months ago, after reading the reviews we thought this would be a good choice, on booking it gave me options on requests, I asked for a low floor room as I have mobility issues, we had 3 flights of stairs to walk up after the slopes all around the complex, our bungalow style room was in a strange layout, we had to walk through someone else’s terrace to get to our door, so our room door was on someone else’s terrace? We had a delayed flight and got to our room around 3:30am so didn’t appreciate our neighbours outside our bedroom door at 6:30 talki;g laughing etc, not their fault as they were on their terrace. The room wasn’t very clean with the floor being sticky, they gave us slippers and the soles were black after just walking to and from the bathroom a few times, hair left in the sink. The view was beautiful of the sea and mountains but with the sun rising and shining on our bedroom window and the bed was right by the window with no blackout curtains just thin ones by 7am I was sweating and so hot I had to get up, I’ve never felt heat like it through the glass…We asked to get moved he next morning which we did to a room in the other block with a lift, no view but that’s fine to get away from that room. We are a couple and were given 2 beds pushed together with a single duvet for both of us and the bottom sheet didn’t fit, Again the floor was sticky and slippers filthy, one morning the cleaner knocked at 8am and the just opened the door as soon as she knocked, I had just got out the shower and she got to see more than she needed and wanted too 😂 said sorry but never came back that day to clean so we had no toilet roll or clean towels that day, the floor was never swept or mopped in the week we were there and bedding changed day one but not again, most days just towels left but no cleaning done and water left, no soft drinks left even though they were meant to, she said none on trolley, the staff were the most miserable and unwelcoming I’ve ever experienced on holiday, saw so many on their phones whilst in the dining room, wasn’t greeted or anything, tables weren’t being cleaned in between guests just brushed off crumbs with their hands and cutlery put down. Food wasn’t that good, we didn’t go hungry though, sunbed situation was a joke, we got up early every day and couldn’t find a bed by the pool or sea front, so many with towels or bags,hats on and nobody there, some were left like it for hours. Found a few beds upstairs at that pool but again not good as up flights of stairs and kids running everywhere as water slides there. The floor was very slippery and saw many slip over. We had a few trips out which were brilliant and also caught the bus a few times into the shopping area. Would I stay again absolutely not, we found it very strange setup, maybe it’s not geared at us British ? Some staff had no idea what we were asking for and saying… shame as the views are beautiful as are the grounds…
