When we arrived at the hotel, we had fairly high expectations from a 5-star property with an Ultra All-Inclusive concept. Unfortunately, our experience throughout the stay fell far short of those expectations. Considering the price we paid and the concept the hotel claims to offer, we honestly did not expect to encounter this level of service. We were particularly disappointed with the food. The main problem for us was not the variety, but the overall taste and quality. We were dissatisfied with many of the dishes, and some were difficult to eat at all. Having to deal with the same level of food quality every day is simply not acceptable for an Ultra All-Inclusive hotel. One of the most basic expectations during a holiday is to be able to enjoy decent and satisfying meals, and unfortunately, we did not have that experience here. The drinks were also below our expectations. When we saw the Ultra All-Inclusive concept, we expected better-quality options. However, especially when it came to alcoholic beverages, the quality was nowhere near what we would expect from a hotel operating under this concept. Anyone expecting an upper-tier hotel experience may be disappointed in this regard. The spa area was also not up to the standard we would expect from a 5-star property. Unfortunately, we did not see the level of quality or attention to detail we expected there either. The hotel pool is also quite small considering the size and concept of the property. The number of sun loungers and umbrellas is far too low for the hotel’s capacity, making it almost impossible to find a place around the pool. It seems that you have to arrive early in the morning and leave a towel on a lounger just to secure a spot. We were told that towels would be removed if people reserved loungers but did not actually use them, but we never witnessed this being done. As for the hotel beach, entering the sea in the designated swimming areas is quite difficult. The seabed is rocky, and the areas were not properly cleared of seaweed, which made getting into the water uncomfortable. Overall, I believe there is a significant mismatch between the hotel’s 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive concept and the quality of service it actually provides. In our opinion, the problem was not just one particular issue, but rather the fact that the overall quality fell short in several different areas at the same time. That said, the staff deserve credit. Most of the employees were friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to help as much as they could. However, the staff’s efforts alone cannot compensate for the shortcomings in the hotel’s overall quality and service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this is not a hotel we would choose again.
