Labranda Reveron Plaza Hotel

What a beautiful, old style Spanish hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are superb and the pool area is so clean and quiet. An oasis in the middle of the town. Check-in staff were brilliant and the catering team were so lovely. The breakfast chefs, Rosa and Maria do a fabulous job and Ly, Loli and Carmen did a sterling job serving throughout the day. Our housekeeper for room 108 this week has been so good and the maintenance team are always busy. It felt like a very good, step back in time, experience. Overall top notch-we will return.

A special thanks go out to the staff especially Eduardo who managed to sort us a room in a pretty desperate situation. Me and my wife were badly let down by a well known booking site when our accommodation was cancelled only when we arrived at Tenerife airport from the UK in the early evening. After one hour of phone calls / waiting for information/ complications we saw that this hotel had a room in a very busy resort ( most were fully booked) We decided to get an Uber to central Los Cristianos to arrive in person instead of booking online again ! Luckily Eduardo welcomed us and promised to do his best to help us and within 30 minutes we were in a very good room in a very nice hotel ! We also learned a very important lesson and will never use the worldwide known BOOKING site again ! To add insult to injury… we could have booked the same accommodation online at a considerably higher price….by actually travelling to the hotel in person saved us a lot of money ! Thanks again for the hotel’s hospitality. Great location, great food and even better service/ staff ! Highly recommended- and far better if you don’t use the increasingly greedy and unreliable online booking agencies…

A beautifully renovated hotel to a high standard. There is a large rooftop pool and bar area. The staff were polite and welcoming. It would have enhanced our stay even further to have lunchtime snacks and a bar in the evening.
