First of all Iv already put a review in about my stay at this hotel already ONLY to be confronted by Anna who is the so called customer services person. After I put my review in she approached myself and my partner in front of the reception staff, bar staff and also other holiday makers. In my experience this is so unprofessional. She also asked me to change my review and wanted us to meet her at 2.30pm the following day to chat. That evening after dinner we notice Anna had left a note on our door as a reminder of the meeting WHICH I DID NOT LIKE. I feel like she was bulling us tbh. We went down for dinner and she looked at me like I was trash. As we left for our flight she was in the reception and nodded her head to an older man and spoke to him in Turkish he looked at us both and walked away. She is a very ignorant person. The other staff are fantastic the chefs are hard working and as a chef myself I know how hard those men and woman work. The hotel itself was fine but the support for finding something to do outside was not good.

We absolutly ador this Hotel .. its 100% in every way .. there are a few shops 2 min walk away you dont get hounded by the shop owners. The hotel is spotless the staff are all so friendly and helpful . The food is good the deserts are out of this world .. My partner and I got engaged on the 2nd night and the staff went out of there way and made us a table up for night time . It was romantic . Nothing is to much at all. The rooms are huge and the showers are amaizing . And the entertainment is food .. Yoga disco music games .. honestly could not as for more in a holiday. We are extremely happy here .. Thankyou to you all in the hotel x

All was the best. Good people, entertainment was very good. The first time the beautiful picture in the brochure and the room matched. As self-confessed busties eater in the world,the food here is amazing I always something tremendous to eat.
