Laguna Beach Alya Resort & Spa Hotel

LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! Had a brilliant time with the family last year, ignore the reviews, people are too fussy! Food selection was great with wide variety and plenty of options to choose from. Entertainment was great, kids loved it! One of the best holidays!

Predominantly German and Russian. The staff are not hospital, bar a couple. The food is not good and cold. No kids club. Facilities on site are pretty non existent. Constantly blaring music out so chilling is not an option. Beach is not sandy. You need to book trips to get some fun Tried to make the most of the holiday

This is my first vacation in Turkey and I was very lucky with this hotel. Starting with a reception, where you are greeted with a smile and understanding, where you are always ready to help you and will be answered any of your questions. Well done! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The service is top-notch. Bravo. As for the restaurant and food, I want to stay away here. First of all, I want to say that I'm a vegetarian and don't drink alcohol (but believe me, I wasn't sad). Every day, from breakfast to dinner, there was always a large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables in the restaurant. Every morning, fresh pastries for breakfast and freshly baked bread for lunch and dinner (for different tastes) Every day, new vegetable dishes appeared on the menu (which I was very happy about) A large selection of cheeses of different types. The hummus I ate at this restaurant is the most delicious I've ever tasted. As for dessert, there is an endless selection of delicious things for every taste. The food is excellent!! A low bow to all the chefs❤️ Restaurant staff are very attentive to all the details and very kind to the customers. Thank you so much for the reception. There is also a cafe that is open from 11 to 17 and you can also sit there quietly, drink your coffee or your favorite (the most delicious in the world) tea with a tidbit of chiskeik (I sincerely recommend). As for the beach, it's a separate song. The guys who work at the beach bar are great!!! Some of them speak 4 languages, and that's commendable! The beach was always clean and clean. You don't even have to go to a restaurant for lunch because there is pizza and salads and fruits and fresh vegetables on the beach! Water and fresh drinks, coffee and tea can always be taken to sit at a table and enjoy the sunset or just sit on the beach. I thank everyone who really made my vacation fabulous. The hotel is clean and location is fine, with the beach nearby but the food is diabolical , regurgitated meal after meal seemingly until left overs are used up. The worst food in my 6 visits to Turkey. No pizza or burger bar , presentation is slap dash and no imagination or flavour in any of the dishes. The staff barely speak any English and seem disinterested in anything but the basics. Would not recommend and will definitely not be back.
