Very good hotel let down by some members of staff!

Clean hotel,good food with a pool, sauna and steam room. Entertainment staff can make some unwanted comments if you do not wish to engage in the games. etc. The man in charge of the restaurant made some unwanted comments about my appearance. This is very unprofessional ,apart from that everything else was good. For improvement in the future I would suggest that the staff are trained to keep there comments to themselves as it did ruin my holiday a bit and for this reason I probably won't return.

Priceless massage

One of the best massages I’ve had, Mita did an excellent job. The perfect amount of pressure, seemed very experienced, haven’t had any like it before - really helped with an ongoing issue I’ve had with my upper back. Massage table is uncomfortable but still a 5 star experience for me.

Amazing hotel!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Lalila blue suites for the first time in July, it scare to say we where very impressed!! -Food was amazing!, lots of selection and lots of veggie options☺️ -Hotel was clean throughout, from the rooms to the pools this hotel was spotless. -The entertainment was great. Overall we had the most amazing time staying here!🥰

Amazing hotel, spotlessly clean, great room, the staff at the hotel provide excellent service across the board, special mention to Joey, Naz and JJ the entertainment team who work extremely hard to make your holiday a memorable one, plenty of choice of food and drink, this is our second time at the hotel, we can't fault it. We will be back 😃

Amazing hotel with really attentive and accommodating staff, a great range of food and drinks. Evening entertainment every night was very enjoyable and we were always made to feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Berkay, aka ‘Speedy’, who was by far our favourite member of staff. He not only befriended our family but ensured that we were always happy, going above and beyond to get us anything we needed. Thank you so much La Lila we had the best holiday ever!!
