Great Value hotel

Great Value For Money. Large room, nice staff the pool is nice on the top floor. Right in the centre of the town close to both port rashid and the marine. Would highly recommend at the right price hotel is a little dated but is lovely. Would stay again

Landmark Hotel is the worst hotel you could ever stay into. This is why they dont put reviews on Google and Booking.com. There are many bugs in the room and in your bed. I stayed in Landmark hotel in Baniyas Square Dubai. The water doesnt drain in the toilet when you take shower. Really gross hotel.

The receptionist and the guards are very rude. This people dont know how to communicate with the guest. Everyone is coming to hotel is a guest, They are very very poor in service Better you replace this 3am shift receptionist Smell like hell. And he is shouting like arogant

Worse Epxerience Ever

Worst ever experience in my 27 years of UAE residency. We live in Abu Dhabi. My wife, daughter (20 years), two children (7&9 years) checked in on Friday 21 June. My elder daughter was traveling that night hence booked this hotel closer to airport. Night by 9pm, daughter left to the airport. After she left I joined my family. Booking was done in my wife's name for 2 Adults & 2 Children - hence later in the night wen I requested for extra beds for my children, the Night Manager, Shaban, questioned me, about me being in the room instead of my wife and elder daughter. He asked me to pay if I had to stay in the room. Due to this harsh behaviour I checked out with my two little ones at 11pm in the night and drove back to Abu Dhabi. I can never forget this experience. ME HEADING A TRAVEL AGENCY would never recommend this hotel to any of my clients or friends or whom so ever it may concern. They do not know the meaning of hospitality being in the service Industry.
