Latanya Resort Park in Bodrum is, without exaggeration, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel often. It’s not just bad — it’s borderline fraudulent and unsafe. First, the photos online are completely misleading. What you see on the website looks clean, modern, and inviting. What you actually walk into is an outdated, neglected, crumbling hotel that hasn’t seen a renovation since the early 2000s — if ever. Everything is falling apart or filthy. It’s a bait-and-switch. I tried bringing my small, leashed, well-trained poodle, and they turned us away because of their “no pets” policy. Meanwhile, the property is crawling with stray cats and dogs, lounging by the pool, lurking around the dining area, and wandering the hallways. So strays are fine, but a clean, vaccinated dog on a leash isn’t? Make it make sense. The rooms are a joke — tiny, claustrophobic, and completely outdated. It honestly felt like a jail cell with some curtains thrown in. The bed was rock-hard, the bathroom was disgusting, and the air conditioner barely worked. This is not a room you want to sleep in, let alone spend a vacation in. The food is revolting — the same stale, flavorless junk every day. You’ll be lucky to find anything that’s not cold, soggy, or clearly recycled from a previous meal. It's one of those places where you end up eating outside just to avoid getting sick. The music is torture. The same loud, obnoxious songs blast from speakers nonstop until midnight, every single night. It's so loud you feel like you're sleeping inside a club. We had to literally walk to the opposite end of the hotel just to try and escape the noise, and even then it was still pounding through the walls. Want rest? Good luck. The staff are unhelpful and downright rude, but the worst part? They do NOTHING when guests report being harassed. I personally witnessed a situation where guests were clearly being made uncomfortable, and when it was reported, the staff shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The manager? Completely absent. And when he does appear, he just sweeps complaints under the rug like they don’t matter. No action, no concern, no professionalism whatsoever. This isn’t just poor service — it’s blatant negligence. If something serious happens, don’t expect anyone here to care. That’s not just disappointing — it’s dangerous. To summarize: fake photos, disgusting rooms, terrible food, stray animals everywhere, ear-shattering music, staff that don’t care, and a manager who disappears the moment something goes wrong. You couldn’t PAY me to stay here again. Avoid Latanya Resort Park at all costs. It’s not just a bad hotel — it’s an insult to the idea of hospitality.
