Le Blanc Spa Resort All inclusive - Adults Only

We stayed in the residence with Giovani and Angel as our butlers. They were absolutely fantastic and met all of our needs. The hotel was beautiful with excellent cuisine. The butlers and unbeatable views really made our girl’s trip a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

We spent 7 nights here for our honeymoon and have had an incredible time. All the restaurants are amazing with food consistently being a highlight, massages are to die for but some of the staff are what really made this a 5 star holiday. We were having a great holiday until we went to the beach and met Jesus & Estaban who were so incredibly friendly and attentive, they ended up making it the best holiday ever. (If you meet these 2 you're in safe hands and will not have to lift a finger/have an empty glass for long!) After finding out it was our honeymoon, Jesus surprised us with Andreas the chef to cook us an amazing lunch on the beach so we could celebrate. It was such an amazing, kind gesture and the food was cooked from scratch based on what we said we liked. Andreas is an exceptional chef and it was honestly one of the best meals we have ever had. Was heaven just sitting there on the beach eating lobster and staring out to sea... They did this on our last day and it really made the week for us. Our evening butler Josè was also amazing (for example one night we were out at the Monarca dinner & came back to be surprised with rose petals scattered across the room, a scented bath ran and some treats left for us). All again as a total surprise! He always checked if we needed anything and anticipated things we may need organised too. That's what makes this place well worth a visit to celebrate special occasions or relax, we are looking forward to trying out some other le blancs too now as well as coming back. I hope the management see this comment so they can note how incredible these staff members are, Le Blanc are lucky to have them.

Le Blanc is so nice I don’t even know where to start. Every single expectation I had was not only met, it was blown out of the water. I’ve stayed in a lot of resorts in Cancun before, but from now on, this is the only one I will stay at. My spouse and I were both 100% satisfied and relaxed for our entire trip. All the food was fantastic. The restaurants are fantastic! The hydrotherapy in the spa was fantastic! The app they use is fantastic! Go ahead and download it before your trip and you can go ahead and make reservations for the spa, restaurants, excursions, etc. I also want to say that the butler service was out of this world. Cecilia was our butler until 3 everyday and Jose was our evening butler. We had more interaction with Cecilia because we’re generally early to bed, but both of them were beyond great. We felt like Cecelia wasn’t an employee by the time we left, we felt like she was a new friend we made. That’s how kind and wonderful she was. Jose even drew an amazing in room jacuzzi with rose pedals and a bottle of non alcoholic champagne (non drinkers) for us one evening after our return from dinner. They’re always there to make sure you’re taken care of, but if you want to be left alone you just press the privacy button and nobody will bother you. I could go on and on and I know I’m forgetting several things. If you are a nondrinker like myself every restaurant has non alcoholic options that are delicious! I really appreciated that. It’s so beautiful and so peaceful. The “no kids” thing really keeps this place quiet and I saw no drunken behavior from any other guest. Every employee had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed happy to be there and happy we were there too. We can’t wait to go back and are already looking forward to it. Again, I’m a very well seasoned traveler. My spouse and I have been all over the world. I’ve been to a dozen resorts in Cancun, but this is the one I’ll be calling home from this point forward. When we arrived they said “welcome home.” Now I know why. 10 stars all day everyday.

This was our 8th year in a row going to Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun. We have never had a poor experience. The consistent staff is what makes the stay all the best and most rememberable. We cannot say more about staff members.....Concierge Marco, Dining staff Ury, Spa Masseuse Vanessa, Activity Director Carla, and Gym Staff Member Arturo. All make me want us to return each year.

Jayro did a great job ! He was always reaching out to us to make sure we are having a great time ! Victor did awesome too every breakfast was a pleasure to have him with us ! We will back soon !
