Animal abuse

Animal abuse i stayed at this hotel for a week with my boyfriend and the summary I can give is "interesting hotel, good food, most of the staff very attentive, but when they mistreat animals that just want food, it upsets me I can't understand how the “hotel policy,” as said by an employee, is to beat stray animals for approaching the gardens (they don't even come close to people), just looking for food. We spent a month in Indonesia, in hotels of all categories, and I never saw anything like this. I don't regret feeding the animals every day I was there, because I believe I made a difference in the lives of these animals that belong to no one, but to those who defend the animal cause, I say that there are thousands of hotels like this in the area that really help and feed the animals. As I believe that karma comes back, whether for good or for bad, I hope that the man who mistreated them gets what he deserves, beca use no one deserves to be hungry and be mistreated

Very nice hotel with multiple pools and comfy beds. Excellent customer service and thoughtful touches- we stayed here on our honeymoon travels and we’re treated to a cake. Laundry service also good and massages were a reasonable price. Great value for money, would happily return! Thank you for having us :)
