The pictures do not really reflect reality. The hotel is very large but feels a bit worn down when you look closer. We booked a suite mainly for the kitchen, but it was basically empty — the only utensil provided was one teaspoon. The staff was friendly, the pool area was nice, and the gym was well air-conditioned, although quite small and limited in equipment. Biggest downside: drinking water was not complimentary.

Excellent in every aspect you can expect, and comparing it with the same category hotels in Europe. Cleaninness is much better than the other hotels we have stayed at while in Bali. Breakfast as everything you can expect: exotic fruit with no limits, fresh pancakes, "egg station" as they called it, etc.

Animal abuse

Animal abuse i stayed at this hotel for a week with my boyfriend and the summary I can give is "interesting hotel, good food, most of the staff very attentive, but when they mistreat animals that just want food, it upsets me I can't understand how the “hotel policy,” as said by an employee, is to beat stray animals for approaching the gardens (they don't even come close to people), just looking for food. We spent a month in Indonesia, in hotels of all categories, and I never saw anything like this. I don't regret feeding the animals every day I was there, because I believe I made a difference in the lives of these animals that belong to no one, but to those who defend the animal cause, I say that there are thousands of hotels like this in the area that really help and feed the animals. As I believe that karma comes back, whether for good or for bad, I hope that the man who mistreated them gets what he deserves, beca use no one deserves to be hungry and be mistreated
