We booked this hotel via etihad holidays and will base our review on our experience and bot our expectations as unfortunately we booked as an all inclusive basis and I don't think this is the type of hotel that offer "all inclusive" like resorts in other countries. We found it was a stay cation type hotel and those who were on holiday from abroad only stayed 3 or 4 night and stayed more central. When we checked in staff were suprised that we were staying for wwks now we understand why 😂 all inclusive ment a choice of selective meals for lunch which was the same for every day then buffet for dinner. The sky lounge was closed so you ate "a la cart" in the main dinning room which was quiet at lunch times the "snacks" at the pool were the same as the a la cart menu. Pool bar wasn't tended to all the time a few time people were stood waiting to order a drink, if drinking alcohol they have to go in the the restaurant area to get your drink so would take 15-20mins. If booking via etihad they say this hotel give you a free refillable bottle that will give you unlimited drinks at the theme parks but this isnt something they actually offer you need to buy a bottle like everyone else then unlimited refills then next day you gave to pay again to reactive. Etihad seemed to miss sell us a holiday that wasn't what it seemed however I can say the hotel and staff tried there best to make our stay fabulous I would highly recommend this hotel but not under all inclusive option. The restaurant managers were so friendly and welcoming, my daughter absolutely loved the hotel so much for her to do and easy access to the theme parks. She especially made a good friendship with ram who watches the children in the play area of reception. Daily activities daily character meets, fab rooms and details through out the hotel. On reflection though I wished we did a few days here to visit the parks then finished our stay at riu dubai hotel as they offer a much better all inclusive and not restricted to a set menu of a choice of 8 meals same options at legoland and legoland waterpark too. Overall we did enjoy our stay just food options were a let down especially when paying £7000 for a holiday. We also felt embarrassed having to hand in "meal vouchers" when going for food like we were given government free meals like we were poor 😂. Each day handing in vouchers to eat food this is the first time at an all inclusive we have ever done this we usually go to any bar or restaurant in a resort sit down order food and drink what ever we want we pay a lot more than bed and breakfast guests and we felt like we were poor handing in voucher to be allowed to eat rather embarrassing for someone who paid so much for a holiday
