I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience during my stay at Legoland. As a loyal guest, I have always looked forward to enjoying the amenities and attractions that Legoland offers. However, this time my experience fell short of expectations. I made my booking over the phone, specifically mentioning my previous unsatisfactory visit with my family. I had hoped for a better experience this time, yet I was not informed that essential facilities, such as the pool and the live cooking station in the restaurant, were undergoing renovations. I only discovered this during my two-day stay. Additionally, my children were excited to attend the movie night, only to find out that the cinema was also under renovation. This was quite surprising and disappointing for us all. I genuinely feel let down, especially since I feel as though I paid for an experience that was not delivered. Had I been informed of these renovations prior to my booking, I would have certainly reconsidered my decision to stay for two nights!!!
