With all the hotels we’ve been, the Legoland hotel in Dubai is the best and enjoyable place me and my family have been. The staff are so happy to assist us and we are so impressed with their hospitality and kindness. They all work hard for the children and families. Special thanks to the staff that are so dedicated and caring Anees, Fhadhil, Nabina, Matt, and Mr. Tim and actually all of the staff who have assisted us from the entrance to bell man, parking staff, lifeguards, and even house keeping people. The room is so neat and looks fun and amazing. They also have lots of interactive rooms and activities for the children and family to enjoy. My daughter would really love to come back. This place is highly recommended and we will definitely book again for more days to stay.

Disappointing Golden birthday package

Unfortunately, my experience with the Gold Birthday Package was very disappointing, and I honestly would not recommend it. When I booked over the phone, I was promised a LEGO toy, cookies, a birthday cake, and a gift bag full of surprises. The pictures on the website also showed many exciting items included in the package. However, when we arrived, the LEGO toy was missing, and only after I complained did they finally add it. Imagine paying 399 AED for a package that basically included: a towel, a plastic water bottle, a dragon teddy, four balloons, one small piece of cake, and one plain cookie only — exactly as shown in the pictures. In my opinion, this package is extremely overpriced and definitely not worth it. Another piece of advice: just buy a LEGO toy from any store and make it a surprise for your child. It will be much cheaper and honestly a much better experience. My advice: save your money and enjoy your visit without this package.

Our stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Head of Security, Zil Ahmet. I lost my favorite pair of glasses, and he went above and beyond to assist me in finding them. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help really saved the day for me! It’s rare to find such dedicated staff. Beyond that, the entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were also very grateful that the hotel allowed us a late check-out, which made our departure so much smoother. As for the atmosphere — my child was in complete awe of everything! It’s a dream come true for kids. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended
