Immaculate and stylish hotel throughout. Upgraded on arrival to a suite, highly impressive. All staff polite and helpful especially Samantha and the reception team, always warmly greeted and attentive to customers needs. Pool areas and sports facilities to the highest of standards. Would recommend and will return.

My son and I had booked a nice room with a sea view, but got a room overlooking a road with lots of traffic noise. When we tried to get the room we had paid for - the answer was that unfortunately everything was fully booked. They didn't even bother to find a solution or compensation.

Falling below Hilton standards

On arrival we were checked in by a trainee, they were given no support in the process and 30 mins later we were still not checked in. When we eventually got to our rooms which were junior suites we were taken aback by the quality of the rooms. The whole corridor and room looked in disrepair. That evening we went to take some showers there was no hot water in one of our rooms. On contacting reception they said they would contact maintenance. Nobody came. The next day we had the same issue and on day 3 maintenance eventually showed up to solve the problem. Back to the first night… we set the aircon and hopped into bed. It was like something from a torture movie. The aircon was constantly flipping on and off, on and off, on and off. At 4am I called it a day. When I went to reception the next morning they said they would get maintenance to look at it and offered me a pair of ear plugs.

The grounds are lovely. Service was great and room was comfortable. We enjoyed dinner 2 nights on site and it was delicious.
