Lembongan Beach Club & Resort

Liked · Great experience for our first trip to Lembongan. Many thanks to Fernando and all the staff for looking after us and making our stay memorable! Transfer and shuttle service provided was excellent - boat trip superb with great crew and captain, and our beach landing terrific. Staff extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with nothing too much trouble. Good selection of food for breakfast buffet, and the omelette station excellent - compliments to the chef!! Our villa with pool was spacious and comfortable. Great size bathroom - fans a bit noisy and windows could do with screening for insects (which luckily were not around or our stay), but great shower pressure and hot water! Location is superb and easy walk to main street or just enjoy a drink from the bar on the beachfront. Looking forward to being back there in September for a longer stay. Disliked · Nothing we didn't like. Yes, resort may need some attention in some areas (as per other reviews we read), but any request/observation we made was attended to immediately and our comments duly noted.

Contrary to some of the reviews I’d read - our stay at NL Beach Club & Resort was was fantastic. The Tjendana Group has nailed it with the training of the teams on the ground. The staff really made it for us - always friendly & attentive. Each morning they (including the hotel operations manager Ajit) would check in with everyone at breakfast to see how their stay was going & if there was anything they could do to improve it. One afternoon after returning from a diving trip I stumbled getting out of truck that dropped us off - triggering the pinched nerve in my back & immobilising me - within seconds the security guard & doorman were there to catch me & gingerly support me to our villa. The villa it self was comfortable, clean & spacious. Other people have complained about bugs etc - but as soon as we mentioned mosquitoes a can of baygon was delivered to our room (because it’s a normal part of Bali we’d normally have some ourselves - but had had time to pick up a can before heading to NL. We heard the roosters ourselves - but that’s also part & parcel of Bali. The only comment I’d make would be that our villa didn’t have a bedside table or a small outdoor table near the pool chair - which you need to comfortably enjoy a cold Bintang! It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed on many trips to Indonesia - mainly due to the staff. Great value for money with breakfast & fast boat transfers (in their own newly refurbished boat) included! Verdict- would definitely stay again.

Just spent a week at the resort and could not be happier. The resort is located right on the beach where you can watch the sunset listening to music sipping on a cocktail. The grounds are kept beautiful, our room was comfortable and spacious and our private plunge pool was big enough for a large family. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Complimentary Breakfast was perfect to start the day. Great value for money

Relaxing stay in stunning environment. Our villa was stylishly decorated. Clean and comfortable. The private pool area was a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, absolute beachfront. Has several excellent cafes, restaurants in easy walking distance.
