I stayed at the Lennox Miami Beach Hotel from April 3–5 for my HYROX event, and overall, it was a really great experience. I’ll be honest—I was a little hesitant to book at first based on some of the previous reviews. But between the price and the amenities (two beach chairs and an umbrella daily, plus a complimentary shuttle within a mile of the hotel), it was just too good to pass up—and I’m glad I did. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s a boutique property with a great vibe, and my fourth-floor penthouse room was fantastic—spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a great view. It felt like a perfect place to relax and recover. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was welcoming, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. Victor was especially great—always available, friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. Alejandro, the front desk manager, also went above and beyond. When my flight out was later in the day, he offered me a 5 PM checkout, which made a huge difference and let me enjoy one more full beach day. Now, the one downside—the elevator was out of service the entire stay. Being on the fourth floor, that meant a lot of stairs. Normally not a big deal for me, but the day after a HYROX race…that was a little rough. That said, it didn’t ruin the experience. I also saw some comments about coffee pods in previous reviews, and while that was a minor issue, the staff was always quick to bring anything needed to the room. Overall, the customer service really made this stay. Great location, great amenities, and a team that truly takes care of you. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.
