Lennox Hotel Miami

Had an absolutely amazing stay! Victor truly stood out—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed, which made a big difference in our experience. Cristiano at the bar was just as impressive—super friendly, attentive, and delivered top-tier service with a great personality to match. From start to finish, the entire hotel experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay!

Beautiful stay at The Lenox Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Back Bay. The rooms are cozy, elegant, and very well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and personalized. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city.

This is the perfect boutique hotel . You are right next to everything while feeling like you're away from everything! Great customer service . Food from the restaurant was fabulous! They were able to accommodate my daughter's gluten & dairy allergy so she had food options. Pool area is luxurious & relaxing .

My husband and I loved the Lennox! Room was beautiful--lots of bright colors and very clean. The staff was wonderful. I especially want to thank Victer for helping us so much with all our luggage for our cruise. Leonardo escorted us to our room and was so friendly! He explained the where the pool and bar area was. At the bar we had a wonderful bartender. I'm sorry I cannot remember his name, but I know he was originally from Italy, because he gave us some great information about our bucket list for Italy. I highly recommend!

Great hotel & absolutely great location. Will be back. The gym is extremely small and wicked hot I don’t think that it had AC. but was able to get the job done. The shower in our room was so freaking weird. It was literally only a handheld mechanism no shower head which is very weird but got the job done fine and the water was always hot. But it made the whole entire bathroom floor, wet, and the basket that held our towels in it. I do wish they provided more towels than just two big ones, we had to ask for more on two occasions. Which is no biggie they gave us them with no problems! Loveeee that they provide a beach bag and an umbrella in the room we used both, everyday! The beach service was also great. I wish more of the pool seating area was covered as it rained almost everyday on and off and limited the time would could sit out there without getting soaked. Online photos are all accurate. Hotel is very nice & clean. They let us check in early which I couldn’t have been more appreciative of because we had been up for 24 hours at that point. They did mess up on not having a congratulatory gift / card in the room for my husband - which I requested and said that I would even have paid for. They said because we checked in early it got messed up. That’s fine though- won’t harp on it. Will probably come back in May for my birthday weekend!
