Great service as soon as we arrive at the hotel! Receptionist took our cases to our room and showed us around and how to use everything in the room. Check-in was fast and efficient. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Animation team were amazing and really got the kids involved they were the life and soul of the hotel. Our 2 boys made a real bond with the animation boys! Bar staff were working as hard as they could, under the pressure they were under. Great facilities! Great food but could get repetitive. Great food selection at snack bar, plenty of ice cream choice. Pool bar staff were friendly and helpful, great service. The Hotel was clean and rooms freshened up daily. Excellent location. 5 min walk to the beach with Leonardo sun beds free to use. Wide selection of alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, hot drinks, slushes. Overall vibe fantastic would definitely recommend and would 100% return.

So. Much. Family. Fun. Just a brilliant family holiday, so well looked after by all the staff - they made our stay so special. Made lots of great friends, had proper family time, enjoyed the food and the opportunity to get involved in activities throughout the day.

Spent a week here with my friend. The beds were very comfortable and room well maintained by the cleaning team each day. However, hairdryer was hanging off the wall, broken do not disturb sign throughout the stay and some general wear and tear seen. Amenities (toiletries, tea and coffee) were basic and the hotel do not provide free bottled water which again is sub par. Food and drink not in keeping with 5 star. The salad bar and freshly grilled produce was the only thing going and this became repetitive after a while. The rest of the food was packet sauced/frozen affair lacking flavour. Disappointing not to have fresh orange juice at breakfast. The pool was nice, be prepared to reserve sun lounger in the morning as they were often full by 11am. Overall, a relaxing and clean stay but won’t rush to return.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Kolymbia Resort Spa. The whole resort was clean, well-maintained, and relaxing – but what truly stood out for us was the exceptional service at the spa. We treated ourselves to a double massage during our visit, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our holiday. Special thanks to Nefeli, who was not only incredibly professional but also so warm and welcoming. She made us feel completely at ease and went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The massage itself was just what we needed – expertly done, calming, and set in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We left feeling refreshed and completely recharged. Highly recommend both the resort and especially the spa services – and if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Nefeli, you’re in for a real treat! Also all the staff including the reception and bars are wonderful and amazing they make this hotel what it is a wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay so far. Rooms food and drinks were fantastic. Animation team led by Alan was amazing. Lots of activities for adults and children all day long. We played also bingo which was so nice for us as we are from England. We liked also yamas t shirts. Thanks for nice holiday
