Food is brilliant, loads of choice. Hotel is lovely and not too busy. The most important was of course animation team which made our stay unforgettable.

Amazing stay, rooms food and all the people so nice. Entertainment team on the top. Many activities for the kids and adults. Bingo and yamas T shirts the best.

Family friendly hotel, amazing location. Close to local bus stop. Very friendly staff and super entertainment team. Alan Mar and Karlie were on top.

I just wanted to write a quick review to say what a wonderful time my partner Andrew and I had during our stay in this hotel. Not sure where to start, but we were welcomed with a glass of fizz by Georgios and all was great apart of the weather as we managed to have a day of sun in a week, but we stayed in the hotel facilities which were nice, clean, comfortable with great entertainment (Mar and Carlie), the staff in general in the bar Robert, George, Spyros, Maria, Mika and Sakis were very kind, helpful and fun, they would come over with another drink before you even ask. In the reception there were Paris and another lovely bell boy (forgot his name) also very helpful and Irene along with other friendly staff always happy to assist. In the spa we had a lovely massage and been hosted by Nefeli and Panagiota (both very calm, delicate and perfect to make you feel relaxed in a spa). The cleaners and chambermaids were always working very hard as everyone in the hotel but with the biggest smile which was nice to see. The people in the restaurant also very busy and kind, there was Georgia which always welcomed us with a hug and Stavros (the F&B Manager) also greeted us nicely and called us by our name each time which deserves another star for that while surrounded by different people coming and going in the daily basis. Marinete, Katerina and many of the staff in the restaurant were always with a sincere smile doing their best to accommodate us but also the quality and variety of food which were great and unfortunately the faces of the people who worked hard behind the kitchen that we didn’t have the chance to see. A lovely blonde lady who cooks beautiful in the pool area as well, I would like to express my gratitude and say the staff made our holiday valuable when the weather didn’t help and they all were genuine. You could feel they all enjoyed their jobs and the atmosphere in the place was friendly and easy going, not forgetting the lady with blonde hair which I believe is the manager and keep the hotel smooth as it is, a few things mentioned have been sorted straight away. I had an ankle injured and was in crutches and there were disable facilities to the toilets from the swimming pool but was a bit far, so a feedback would be a bathroom in the pool area, this is a feedback not a complaint and they assisted us at times with the wheelchair and with whatever they could but would make a difference if there was a bathroom there. Overall, we had a wonderful time and cannot rate the hotel and staff high enough! Thank you all, from Leslie & Andrew.
