The best vacation in Greece

We really enjoyed our stay at Lesante Blu! We had a room with a private pool and the most beautiful view, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very peaceful. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of options, and Natalia was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy Zakynthos. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it!

Disappointing and overpriced

Ja — ich habe sie gefunden. Es war die Bewertung vom 22. August über das Lesante Blu auf Zakynthos. Die letzte gekürzte Version war ungefähr so: Lesante Blu – Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price and the supposed 5-star standard. The most concerning issue was a dead bird in the pool that was already visibly decomposing in the water. Despite this, nobody came to properly check the water quality or take appropriate action. For a hotel of this category, this is completely unacceptable and raised serious hygiene concerns for us. The food at Melia was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, not enjoyable at all. The room was very small with only a tiny couch, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and there were ants throughout the room. The shower also had a strong sulfur-like smell. Breakfast was okay, but overall not at the level we would expect for this price. The beach is very small and the service there was disappointing as well. Overall, the experience did not match the standard or price of the hotel, and unfortunately, we would not return.

Great resort with 5 star treatments from the staff as well. Everyone was just exceptional in particular Erica’s welcome on arrival explaining masterfully how the resort and amenities worked. Peggy in the breakfast and lunch restaurant was awesome as well but besides these great employees the whole experience was just outstanding. Our room was serviced with care twice per day and the beach although small is steps away from any room. Great job well done!
