Lesante Classic Luxury Hotel & Spa

Love this hotel, the staff are remarkable but I have to mention two in particular. Their names are Aida & Fabiana. They are super . They are so genuine & very pleasant. They always have a time to chat & are very pleasant. They are so welcoming that you would want to return to the hotel. I hope that management appreciate how excellent they are in their jobs and give them the recognition they deserve. Will definitely return for the great service. Well done to both of you. You made our holiday special. X

Wow, what an absolutely incredible holiday we just had at Lesante Classic in Tsilivi! From the moment we stepped in and were greeted with a welcome drink, the staff just blew us away. Every single person we encountered was a superstar, always smiling and genuinely happy to help with anything. The reception team, you are absolute lifesavers, always on hand and so friendly throughout our entire stay, right up until checkout. We had the best time at the pool bar and the team there were just fantastic. So friendly and professional! They make some seriously stunning cocktails, and if you're feeling peckish, you HAVE to try their prawn bao buns at lunch time – they're delicious! My partner loves spicy food, and when we asked for extra chilli for the bao buns, Andi (sorry if spell your name wrongly) was over in a flash with chilli flakes. Maria at the bar was a massive standout; her skills and experience were clear, and she really knew how to look after the guests. Thank you for everything! We had breakfast included, but it was top-notch every single day. There was so much choice, everything you could possibly want! The chef making fresh omelettes was a highlight – always there with a smile from 7:30am. The other waiters and waitresses were brilliant too; if you needed an extra coffee (or in my case, an extra double espresso!), they brought a freshly ground one over super quickly. Liana, who seems to be the heart of the restaurant during buffet times, made sure everyone felt looked after and that the food quality was always high. Our premium executive room was stunning! It had clearly just been renovated and was kept spotlessly clean every single day. Actually, the whole hotel is immaculate. Every morning, we'd see the cleaning team busy making sure the main areas, rooms, and pools were pristine, and they always had a cheerful "good morning" for everyone heading to breakfast. We also popped into the spa on our last day, which was amazing too – such a treat! The location of the hotel is perfect – just about 3 minutes walk to the beach and about a 10-minute stroll into the main part of Tsilivi where all the restaurants and bars are. Honestly, we can't recommend Lesante Classic enough. We're already thinking about coming back next year! And the cherry on top? They even surprised me with a birthday chocolate cake by the pool bar, and we hadn't even mentioned it was my birthday! It's those little touches that make a place truly special. Every single person at Lesante Classic deserves a massive round of applause. You all made our holiday unforgettable and a true 5-star experience. Thank you so much for such a memorable time!

An excellent hotel but no evening entertainment . Staff are wonderful. Its about 15 mins walk into town, and 5 mins to the beach . We were half board , so disappointed to pay for water in the evening, especially as they don’t tell you when you have your 1st meal . Breakfast is great. Evening meal is ordered off the menu ( or you just go for the extensive buffet) , though each time it was just ok , nothing “exciting” . It’s not a 5 star hotel . Happy to say 4 stars if you added any evevning entertainment. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel.It is a spotlessly clean well run hotel.The staff were amazing,always smiling and extremely helpful.The 2 managers though seemed very fraught when there was no need to be as everyone knew what was expected of them.We were on half board and the buffet at breakfast and dinner was decent but a little repetitive.The pool area was great and very helpful staff,always checking if you needed anything without being intrusive.We were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous and again spotless.Tsivili town had lots of lovely traditional tavernas which we went to in the evenings as a negative for me was the lack of evening entertainment at the hotel.Overall a lovely experience.

A lovely stay in tsilivi ☺️ the staff are so warm and welcoming, all of them smiling and happy. The hotel rooms and grounds are beautiful and well kept. We had a small problem with ants in our room but the hotel did their best to rectify this. The only other small issue we had is that if you are in an adjoining room that is used for families travelling together, it can invade your privacy a little as you can hear every conversation that the room next door is having even though the door is locked. The pool area is clean and nicely presented with comfy sun loungers and fresh towels on hand throughout the day. The pool bar is quite pricey for drinks, one cocktail will set you back €16-18 and a beer is €7. The pool bar food is exceptional, the club sandwich was a favourite for us. The breakfast was well replenished and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff member who cooks the eggs (Sorry I didn’t catch his name) is amazing, he made us a fresh omelette everyday and was always smiling and happy to help. I couldn’t say a bad word about any of the staff, they were all wonderful. Overall this is a gorgeous hotel and the staff are the ones to thank for such a lovely holiday. They are all a credit to the hotel ☺️ we would return another time in the future 🌞
