This hotel has such a fun welcoming atmosphere. Went with my mum for a week in January which was the Turkish school holidays. We were made to feel so welcome by the staff and guests that it’s made wonderful memories for us. The entertainment team are just fabulous, Omer was a favourite for my mum with all the dancing! The food is fabulous, so much variety and good healthy options too. They chefs were so good to help me as I’ve got food intolerances… great experience so I was able to enjoy the food instead of having same thing every day! Rooms clean & comfy beds… although bathroom could have done with an update but I think they are renovating them as they were doing two floors whilst we were there (didn’t disturb us on our visit too much)! Front of house team super friendly & welcoming too. We loved the bingo/karaoke night too & all the hotel lobby entertainment.

Luggage service with chargable

This was my third and final stay at this hotel. There was no welcome at the entrance. During check-in the woman at the reception who tried to help us did not speak English. It was the first time I’ve ever seen a 5 star hotel where luggage service is charged. I asked the staff member there and he told me the service was paid so I had to carry my luggage to the room myself. The rooms are small and poorly maintained and the TV is very small. Other staff members were kind and well-intentioned also water was leaking from the ceiling in my room, so I called the reception for help but again the woman could not understand me. I had to go down to the reception myself and communicate via a translation app. I asked to speak with the reception manager but they told me the manager was not available. If you stay here you basically have to solve your own problems. On the positive side the hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport the fitness area is good its close to the sea and the food is tasty. However the hotel is very old and definitely needs renovation. The disco is also very small and poor.
