AVOID ,AVOID ,AVOID We stayed in this hotel for the first time for 9 days. Unfortunately, it was a complete hell for us, firstly, everything was dirty, the food was not tasty for a five-star hotel. This hotel does not pull for 5 stars. Only three stars, secondly. many entertainments were not possible for us to use.Of the drinks that they offer, they don't have any international drinks at all, only one in all the bars is Nemirof vodka, and even then it's poured from under the table, and then they have one choice, and even then it's poured beer into small plastic cups of 200 g. It feels like they're saving money and not constantly refilling.Several times I came to the bar and asked if they could make me a cocktail with Caribbean rum, they said they don't have Caribbean rum, they only have vodka and local rum.Regarding the food, yes, there was food there. Unfortunately, it was also a bit tired, they need to work on it, because it was tasteless and of poor quality.Every time we wanted to get something to eat from the bars on the beach, they said that the bars are closed. You have to go to the common dining room and get food there.One evening we took tomato juice for my son. After which they gave us juice that was absolutely expired, spoiled, fermented and we went to write a official complaint to the hotel. To our request that they didn't accept a formal complaint, according to the fact that the juice was expired fermented. They told us, Come tomorrow. We can't help you, unfortunately. The people who worked in the office, they had no access to accept our official statement. They did not want to do it under any pretext. They pretended that they did not understand English and at the same time spoke Turkish to each otherWe were left in the office for 4 hours , the staff left us in costumer relationship office and told ignoring us and don't respond to our request.This all happened at 10:00 pm and the staff refused to talk to us for any reason. They just ignored us.I demanded that the staff send the juice to the laboratory and confirm that the juice was indeed unsuitable and fermented.I'm requesting from hotel management team all relevant paper work according to they health & safety reason to this situation .The night manager who was at the hotel that evening was also instructed not to talk to us or engage in any dialogue with us. He was also instructed to ignore us.We had no choice. We took the juice with us to the room to show them the next day. What juice did they sell us and what to do with it?The next morning they called us in our room and told us that if we did not come to talk to them, they would evict us from the hotel, they started threatening us. They forced us to go to them right now, not taking into account that we had been waiting for them for almost 4 hours the night before.I warned them on the phone that I would not talk to them anymore, and would only communicate with them in the presence of a representative of the company with which we purchased this holiday. We waited for a representative of our airline, with which we flew, we told him what happened, how it was, we have a photo video recording of what happened, we showed him. Нe went and talked to the hotel manager. After much debate and argument, we asked the hotel manager to provide us with the reasons why he wanted us to leave the hotel.The hotel manager said that we not welcome here anymore & we should leave this hotel in 1 hour 15 min .The hotel management locked our room and we had no access to our belongings or the medications we needed.Our representative said that we have three options. The first is to buy tickets to fly back home. The second option is to stay the following days only in another hotel, but he does not provide a hotel, we must pay for it ourselves. The third option is to wait until the local police arrive and give us an official document from the hotel, but in this case we lose all authority to return home with our tour operator.I also forgot to add that we have a son who has special needs and special abilities.
