Amazing hotel – we’ll definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Aroūr Curio Collection Rhodes and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely gardens, lots of flowers and palm trees, and everything is kept very clean. It’s a nice place to walk around, especially in the evening. The beach is direct by hotel. The water is crystal clear, the sunbeds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was perfect. The room was modern, spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. You really feel that they care about their guests. Breakfast had a great selection every morning, and we also liked that there was a children’s menu every day, which made things much easier for families. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment. Live music and shows created a lovely atmosphere every night. A special thank you to Katarina for being so kind and helpful during our stay. She really made us feel welcome. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come back and happily recommend this hotel to our friends and family!❤️

A beautiful resort with a team that genuinely cares

We stayed at Aulūs Lindos Rhodes for 9 days and had a wonderful holiday. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful: a stunning beachfront setting, lovely gardens, a relaxed village-style layout and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout. It is the kind of place that immediately gives you a holiday feeling. What impressed us most, however, was not only the setting, but the attitude of the team. The hotel is clearly in a new phase since its reopening, and yes, there are still a few small imperfections and operational details that can be improved. But for us, these were not dealbreakers at all. What really matters is how a hotel responds, and here the response was excellent. Whenever we mentioned a small issue or suggestion, it was taken seriously and followed up very quickly. In some cases, things were resolved almost immediately. During our stay, we even noticed certain details around the resort being adjusted or improved. That gave us a very strong feeling that the management and team are genuinely listening to guests and actively working to fine-tune the experience. A very special mention goes to Thaleia. She was outstanding. She took the time to speak with guests, listen carefully, understand what could be improved and make sure things were followed up. Her warmth, professionalism and commitment really took our holiday to another level. The resort is not a stiff or overly formal luxury hotel, and in our opinion that is part of its charm. It has a relaxed, premium, Mediterranean feel. Guests expecting a fully polished, ultra-formal resort experience may notice some areas that are still being refined, but we felt the overall experience was excellent. Taking everything into account — the setting, the atmosphere, the all-inclusive concept, the value for money and especially the genuine care shown by the team — we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this resort. For us, this was a well-deserved 5 out of 5.

We have just returned from a stay at Aulus Lindos Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton, and unfortunately it did not live up to the standards we expected from a Hilton-branded five-star resort. The resort itself is attractive, with beautiful grounds and a lovely beachfront setting, but the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest let-down was the food and drinks The buffet lacked variety, quality was inconsistent, and many dishes were repetitive or served lukewarm. The drinks were very poor quality. For a five-star all-inclusive resort, the dining experience fell well below expectations. Service was also inconsistent. While a handful of staff members were friendly and hardworking, service varied greatly depending on where you were in the resort. At times we felt overlooked, and the level of hospitality lacked the warmth and attention you would expect from a premium hotel. This inconsistency is something that has also been mentioned by other recent guests. And there was a lack of staff in most departments which meant a true 5 star service was impossible. The entertainment was by far the weakest aspect of the holiday. Evening entertainment was limited, lacked atmosphere and offered very little variety. Compared with other five-star all-inclusive resorts, particularly within the Hilton and Ikos brands, it was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness was another concern. Although the gardens were well maintained, the standards in public areas and accommodation were inconsistent, and housekeeping was not always thorough. Similar concerns about housekeeping and cleanliness have appeared in other recent guest reviews. Overall, while the resort has potential thanks to its setting and facilities, the poor food, inconsistent service, disappointing entertainment and below-par cleanliness meant it fell well short of our expectations. Sadly, we would not choose to return or recommend it as a true five-star holiday experience.

Aulūs Rhodes is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, clean pools, and friendly staff. The beach is nice, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The food is good, but some guests think there could be more variety. Sometimes the service and room cleaning are not consistent. Overall, it is a good hotel for a relaxing holiday, especially if you want an all-inclusive stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Holiday We had a great stay in Rhodes. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was tasty with plenty of choices, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back
