Everything is just really good! Its our 4th time here (previously Covid). Hotel offered us an upgrade to Jacuzzi room which we've previously had, though this one was 'honeymoon' as we are recently married! We were relieved to see that the hotel still offers a great atmosphere, variety of food and drink, clean and tidy facilities and good service. Exec Chef Hakan and his catering team in the main restaurant provided a good selection of meal options and there was a Gluten Free 'cupboard' with cereals, snacks, pasta and a pizza was avaiable, plus Oat Milk on request. Seydos was very attentive with refilling wine at dinner! We very much enjoyed afternoons on the beach - again with good fresh snacks, fruit, ice cream and drinks and regular 2 min shuttle to avoid the steep walk. Beds fill up early but around lunchtime free up before late afternoon surge. The Spa team also looked after us very well, we enjyed the hammam and Tiara provided me with excellent detox massage, I was very zen. There is a huge bazaar nearby where I sourced a Bikini and other shops within walking distance, and not far to a bus stop to nearby Alanya either. The animation team were always engaging and provided great entertainment both during the day and evening. We realised during our stay that the hotel wad 10 years old and we first visited it 10 years ago so its been good to see the consistent improvements and Alina in Guest Relations was super helpful and the fact they actively deek feedback from guests on a regular basis is brilliant. While we were there for example hooks were added to all the Beack Umbrellas! I have no doubt we will return again as its just such a relaxing, easy place to enjoy.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Over the past few years, we have stayed at several hotels in Alanya and Antalya, so we have a solid basis for comparison. The hotel is decent, but in our opinion, it does not meet the standards of a 5-star resort. The rooms are basic, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We were a group of 35 people and asked the hotel staff if it would be possible to arrange two or three large tables so we could dine together. We were told that it was possible, but only for an additional charge of €20 per day. This is the first time we have encountered such a policy at a hotel. During our stay, two members of our group celebrated their birthdays. We wanted to surprise them with a birthday cake, but the hotel charged us €20 for each cake. We have never experienced this at other hotels, where birthday cakes are usually provided complimentary by the hotel. On one of the days, the beach bar ran out of ice, so all drinks except beer were served warm. In addition, the staff often appeared uninterested and lacked the friendliness and willingness to assist guests that one would expect. The main restaurant offered the smallest variety of food we have ever encountered at a hotel in Turkey. The only aspects that left us with a positive impression were the beach and the entertainment team, who did their best to create a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we do not believe that the hotel offers good value for money. If you are planning a holiday in Turkey and want to avoid disappointment, we recommend choosing one of the many other resorts available in the area.

Those days here in Litore Resort were awesome. Staff were amazing and friendly. The animation team were really friendly and hyped . Ahmed abi was making us laugh every day. Our son loved him because he was very energetic and funny.
