Good value for money and a really cool spot

It was one of best hotels I stayed in Tulum. It's affordable. The stuff is understanding, very helpful snd super friendly. I stayed there for Christmas and this was one of the best stays this trip. The location is very good. Rotsen was very helful. I will definitely stay there again as it was unforgettable Christmas experience.

It is really a gem!

It is really a gem that you discover just after big the door opens. It is located in La Valeta, a neighborhood under construction with some beautiful buildings (as the hotel) but with unpaved streets (you need to drive carefully ). But once you are in the hotel you forget about it: great pool, big and nicely decorated rooms with balcony facing the pool, very convenient fridge in the rooms, coffee available all day, excellent wifi, fantastic service (thanks Alan!). We stayed there for three nights and I highly recommended it!

Poor and disappointing experience

We accidentally booked the wrong dates via booking (the app changed the dates). 3 hours later the hotel was not able to refund the error. Will correct my review once the hotel is showing at least some goodwill by refunding 50-100% of the costs
