The hotel is not convenient for everyone. If you're a smoker, you have to go to the front of the hotel to smoke; you're not even allowed to smoke on the balcony or near the pool. If you're a smoker, you can't relax on your balcony. There's no atmosphere and no music in the poolside area. The breakfast choices were poor, and the food was bland and tasteless with very small portions. They have limited options on the menu, making it not worth the time at all. If there are two people in the room, they only give you one key card, and if you want another one, you have to pay a 300 Thai baht deposit. There are too many rules. The water bottles in your room are completely glass; you're not allowed to take them outside, and if you break one, you have to pay for it. On top of that, there's construction work happening at the property, so it can be very noisy with bamboo scaffolding at the front. The hotel pictures don't represent the rooms accurately. The rooms are tiny with no wardrobe, drawers, or bedside tables, just a rail. We struggled with space. The rooms are much smaller in person. There's not much happening in the area; only on the weekend you have Naka Market, but apart from that, there's nothing much. We believe this hotel is suitable for older couples or people looking to relax.
