I liked this hotel but this year was not so good as I expected, like in previous years

Unfortunately this year the hotel is very crowded even in this period because there are a lot of russians. The main restaurant is also very crowded. There are long lines and you lose a lot of time until you get your food. A plus is that there are other two-three restaurants where you can eat, serving a lot of fresh coocked food. You can eat all night long because they have a little restaurant open during the night, but with limited choices. I like this hotel because it has nice slides like an Waterpark, and in this period of time the water of the slides is heated (until 15th of November) so our children can use them. They also have bumping cars and Luna Park, all for free, which is the best for kids. The weather in this period was quite nice 23-27 degrees during the day in sunny days. We had a rain during one night and half of next day, but in the rest was sunny and warm. The hotel is close to a Bazaar where you can buy clothes, bags and shoes from there if you want. I don't recommend to by shoes because they are not so qualitative. Exist also a Migros shop where you can buy Turkish version of Dubai chocolate at a low price, halva and other products. It is my fourth time to this hotel and seems to be the last one for me and family friends. I had some let's say "not so good" experiences in this hotel this year because: - the safe was not working and they had to remove it, fix it and mount it back. I had to wait in the room for 20 min for them. - the minibar guys did not put coffee and sugar for two consecutive days and I had to go to the reception twice to told them about this. In the third day they gave us a full minibar for this. I appreciated that, and I hope they will not make me pay for it at checkout. :) - the pressure of warm water was very low at the shower in the room and we barely could take a shower properly. The shower hose had a little hole in it and even if I asked at the reception to fix it they didn't. I bought a new shower hose and cap from nearby Migros shop and replace the one in the room and it is working fine now. - the main elevators have buttons that are not working. You have to press Up button to call the elevator even if you wanted to go down, and then you had to go up first and then down. In one elevator the button for 3rd floor is not working so we had to go to 4th floor and go down by stairs. I don't think the management don't know about this. The good part is that they have 4 elevators. - a nasty experience was because in almost every evening in the Lobby there was piano player who was playing Russian songs, after playing several commercial well-known songs. All the russians customers were singing together this songs in russian language. We did not like that at all. - another thing, they had a Scotch whiskey, very tasty and flavoured, and since yesterday it was finished. We asked for a Scotch and the waiter brought us a spirit drink which was a replacement and he told us that it is Ballantines. I am not a drinker but if I drink in the evening two glasses of whiskey I want to be whiskey not a local replacement spirit drinks. - I am not so sure but I think that customers from Harmony, which have red bracelet, are coming eating and spending time in Long Beach hotel and that could be the reason that it is so crowded. We have blue bracelets and kids under 18 have white bracelets. I tried to be as objective as I could because there are a lot of employees in this hotel which are working hard and are trying to make you feel happy and welcomed. Having into consideration the above mentions it is your decision if you still want to spend your holiday in this hotel anymore.

Great hotel, 2nd year visited, stayed in the villa complex, the staff at the villa area were great. Tuna, Murat, Mehmet couldn't do enough for us, all the restaurant and bar staff were great. Great food and plenty of choice with English and traditional Turkish food available. Lots to do great entertainment in the evening and plenty for all the family to do, the swim up room was great, lovely area and super clean. Will be returning next year.

Facilities and entertainment great, food and service not so great. The amount of things to do and swimming pools, fair rides bars etc is plentiful and all good. So too are the BBQ snack bar near the beach, the main buffet restaurants however are a different story, waiters seem to serve drinks to certain tables (obviously tippers) they don't bother to reset the tables unless it is a person who tips. Have to walk around looking for cutlery and wipe the table down yourself, not good at all for supposedly 5 star. Food is also poor often cold and bland.

Great resort, perfect for families with plenty to do and see. Upgraded to a swim up villa and fully recommend doing this. Such a beautiful experience and the upgrade to the villa restaurant is outstanding. All of the waiting staff and chefs do an amazing job, all full of energy and very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. 100% would return again. Thank you!
