The room is advertised to include a hot tub but was too cold to step into (21 degrees as measured by their own staff). So, the front desk deputy manager offered us a compensatory visit to the hotel spa but there the jacuzzi and pool were very cold, the steam room wasn't working, and the sauna door was not sealed and let in cold air. Service was unprofessional. When we ordered room service our dinner plates were just placed on the mattress directly. I have traveled across Europe for years and have never encountered such poor service and facilities.

This place is just very special .. from the moment you arrive ♥️.. The staff are wonderful, they really carnt do enough for you . The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless.. The views are amazing ... the sunset sets just WoW ... would highly recommended 👌

What a fantastic hotel with incredible views and exceptional service. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. We arranged for an open bar/dinner for my 50th birthday poolside and it was excellent. Special shout out to Alex the bartender and Vasiliki the hotel manager for going above and beyond. Thanks for making our first trip to Mykonos a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

During our visit at Mykonos Lovia Hotel, my husband and I had the pleasure of indulging in a spa experience that exceeded all expectations. The spa's design is breathtaking, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. A special shout-out to Elena, the amazing spa manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care stood out from the moment we arrived. She not only helped us choose the ideal treatment but also surprised us with a gorgeous floating tray, complete with champagne, a beautifully arranged fruit platter, rose petals, and candlelight. Elena's thoughtful touches and attention to every little detail made our time there absolutely unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and pampered, and we can’t wait to return. Elena truly made the experience one-of-a-kind!

WELCOME TO LOVIA MYKONOS HOTEL At Lovia Mykonos hotel you can be assured of a warm Cycladic welcome and a truly relaxing stay in real luxury, combined with exceptional food and a unique spa experience. As the night retreats and the first rays of the sun begin to illuminate the skies above Mykonos, clusters of beautiful bright magenta flowers can be seen sprouting between the rocks and boulders, in search of the life-giving sunlight. This eye-catching beauty is the sunset rockrose (botanical name: cistus x pulverulentus ‘sunset’): a low spreading, evergreen shrub, originating from dry, rocky parts of the Mediterranean. Especially during the flowering period, from June to July, the plant is constantly filled with flowers whose petals are connected to bright yellow stamens at their centers. These two colors together are reminiscent of a sunset, hence the name. There are not many flowering shrubs that can tolerate such harsh conditions and yet continue to produce blossom for so long. This is why the amazing, drought-tolerant sunset rockrose can be a wonderful source of inspiration, as it teaches us to keep growing and moving forward despite all difficulties. We ourselves decided to name our hotel’s restaurant and spa after this nature’s tiny miracle.
