From the booking to the departure, everything has been amazing, enjoyable and so relaxing ! Thank you to Komal who took care of our booking with special needs, Sanam housekeeping - she always responded swiftly and attended to our needs, the rooms were clean and neat, Beellur and his wonderful team at the restaurant they just went BEYOND, thank you Vinns for making us feel so comfortable, the magic hands of Reshma at the spa, the cashier office Ourvashi and Sanjay they were so patient with us, and even the departure team wow. Definitely will come back again !

Tenth stay at LUX* Belle Mare and it still feels like coming home. Huge thanks to Kris, Ravin, Sawan, Vijay, Nitin, Yash and Veerkan for making it special again. Nitin was always incredibly fast bringing our beers, and Yash as well, which we really appreciated. Service is excellent, the resort is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and the food is great. Already looking forward to our eleventh visit.

This was our tenth stay at LUX* Belle Mare and it still feels just as special as the first time. Every visit feels like coming home. What truly makes this place special is the people. A big thank you to Kris, Ravin, Sawan, Vijay, Nitin, Yash and Veerkan. You made our stay unforgettable once again. The service is always excellent, friendly and attentive without being too much. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and the food is consistently great. We keep coming back because of the feeling this place gives us. LUX* Belle Mare is more than just a hotel for us. Already looking forward to our eleventh visit.

The property is phenomenally good. The rooms are spacious and too comfortable. The overall vibe at the property is amazing. The people here will take care and fulfill all your needs. They are very polite and very helpful. Our dinner at Amari, Michelin star resturant experience was unreal and too beautiful. All the staffs at Amari, one of them I remember Mr Roopesh and all of them I encountered for having dinner all 5 days were top level service and food was very nice by the Chef who curated items beyond the menu as per our desire and need. The Photo Fanatics team of Chetan was so lovely and so touching it felt as if he was totally lost into making our photoshoot creative memorable and adorable. He gave his best in terms of ideas and kudos to his hard work and efforts during the shoot. The Indian main Chef at Mondo was very helpful and good person with genuine good cooking skills. Food was good at Mondo too. Also, Jennifer, was very kind and warm welcome and good celebration planning from her side. Lastly, I would thank the spa team especially the member of the team who provided me the Deep Tissue Massage, genuinely very experienced and skillful and best in the field I must say. Lovely Babymoon experience from my side. One constructive feedback would be to develop the skill for the subordinate Indian chef in the Mondo who takes care of making Dosa or Bhatura during the breakfast time, he lacks proper skills to the level of Lux Bella Mare, requesting appropriate concerned to look on this aspect. Very lovely experience and would love to come back to Lux again when in Mauritius or anywhere abroad.
