Pros Nice barman in main bar Lovely guy Yildiz in snack bar Good sauna. Some of the food was passable. Enjoyed chickens and turkeys, etc roaming around grounds. Cons So many! This place is not for anyone from UK. It is full of Russians who to be honest seem depressed. It's like a retirement home. Wine is horrific Late night dining area is straight from 1980s .poss even 1970s. It was a horrible place but the food there was actually ok. Spa staff are rude and unhelpful. Spa itself is just rubbish except for a good sauna. Lockers broken. Our room was beyond hot every day ...air con didn't work. Reception staff not interested. Carpets in hallways vile. Covered in bleach and stains. Bathroom from 1980s with warped door. Air con controls were fixed to wall with masking tape. Loose wires hanging out of side of bed. Bunk beds in a double room...just bizarre. Table tennis table uneven and with no markings. I wish I'd taken pix to illustrate the above but honest...just dont go! This place would honestly struggle with a 3* rating in the UK. It's quite horrible and I'd never return.
