Madani Antique Villas

I were pleasantly surprised to find our bed made up with beautiful flowers as arranged by my daughter and husband as this trip to Bali is for my 60ths birthday. But we were very disappointed as there was no drinking glassses we brought some cool drink and had to drink out coffee cup, no sugar or milk but 2 sachets if coffee and tea and the kettle. Then we order food and asked for an buckets of ice and 2 glasses as it was exstreamly hot and humid and we needed something cold. We recieved a bowl...normally used for cereal with about 8 pieces of ice.. when we try to order some more we were told that it is extra cost of IDR 120 000 for the same size bowl, we canceled the extra bowl of ice as it was very expensive for 8 pieces. We had a little bar fridge in the room with NOTHING in, no cold water, no cookdrinks, or any snack in the room which we would pay for by us if we use any off it. The bath water was cold luckily we also canceled the flower bath that was also ordered by my husband for the next evening. The last night we went to bed early as we wanted to rest and watch TV, and found that it have no sound, we called maintenance and they struggle for more than 30min but unfortunately with no success, my husband asked them to leave it as we will then not watch tv. Again no glasses to have our cool drinks with, we ordered ice and was told after waiting more than 30 minutes that they have no ice. We complaint and received a small bowl of ice.. which we most probably must pay for when checking out. The staff, receptionist and drivers were very friendly, we cannot complain about their service. Overall we are a bit disappointed. The room, bedding and villa were clean but they really need to fix small things that will make the guest not returning

The most charming, lush and cozy Villa and garden/pool area. We stayed in a private family villa with private pool. The perfect way to start our trip in Bali. The staff are super welcoming, and will do what it takes to make you feel comfortable. The Food is very nice at the restaurant has the most beautiful view.

We had an amazing stay at the Madani antique villas. We booked ourselves for 2 nights and it was totally worth it. I would love to thank Miss. Tari she was absolutely the sweetest and so kind. The villas are beautiful and the floating breakfast is a must. Thank you soo much to the entire team.. very helpful and very friendly staff, and once again a special THANK YOU to MISS. TARI.
