I had a wonderful experience at the hotel from the moment I arrived at the reception. The staff, especially Miss Cartoon, Mr. Bali, Ms Pop Ms Mel Amazing, and the entire assistance team, were incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference. The restaurant was outstanding, offering delicious food and a great dining atmosphere. I was also impressed by the hotel’s maintenance — everything was well-kept, clean, and functioning perfectly. The overall cleanliness and neatness of the property stood out and felt much better compared to other nearby hotels. The hotel also offers a variety of room categories, catering to different needs and preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A perfect 5-star ⭐️experience. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The food, however, was the standout. It was some of the best hotel food we've ever had. A huge thank you to the chefs Nueng Ly Klao Aoy for their incredible cooking. We were blown away by the taste and quality of every meal. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely experience at AtEase Phuket. The rooms are very nice and welcoming — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed so you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you arrive. The location is also great, close to the most popular activities and attractions. Everything is only about 5 to 10 minutes away by scooter, which makes it very convenient while still feeling peaceful and quiet. One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the breakfast. The food is always fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. A special thank you to Nueng Kiewly, the chef, who welcomes you every morning with a big smile and such a friendly energy. He is always ready to make you happy and ensure you start your day in the best way possible. And I have to say — he makes the best omelet! Also a big thank you to Aoy, who is always kind, attentive, and makes the breakfast experience even more pleasant. The warm hospitality from the team truly makes the stay extra special.
