The place itself was beautiful. We had a whole apartment with a connecting room making it a 2-bed room. We had a private small “pool” up on the terrace. The walls looked a little dirty, by the bathroom/room window on both rooms.. apart from that we had a great stay. Check-in was a little complicated as there was nobody when we arrived.. self check-in it was… the hotel looks very elegant, had a pool and bar. We did not get to use either because we arrived late 8-10pm, and we only stayed for one night. For sure we will stay here again if we ever go back to Tulúm! Add a microwave for a plus plus 🫶🏻🫶🏻😁.

Not worth the headache! Overcharged me!

While Tulum was very nice I would not recommend staying here as they overcharged me a ton of $$. They initially claimed this was a holding fee at check in and it would be returned at checkout but I never received the refund. The checkout process was horrible and trying to decipher the checkout bill was soo tedious - we couldn't even finish deciphering the bill or we would miss our flight. I've stayed at many hotels small and large and never experienced anything like this. When I tried to contact them to correct charge/mistake they kept claiming they did everything right and did not help in the matter. I would not recommend staying here as it's not worth the headache or money. I wish I stayed somewhere else even it was more expensive to have a better customer experience.

Accommodations are incredible, rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. The bathrooms are unbelievable and you can ask for a room with a private pool. Common areas are perfect to have a chat and a good drink and food are with great flavor. Ask for Renee he's so nice

Travelled with my husband and we both loved our stay at Majaro. I found it through Instagram and the reality is just as amazing as all the pictures. The bed was really comfortable, the private pool was always clean. Loved the decor & amenities. The service was great. We will definitely stay again in our next visit.
