Party like it’s 2025 in Punta Cana!!!!

This is an all inclusive resort that delivered a variety of non-stop events throughout the day and the evening: pool parties, line dancing, salsa lessons, water volleyball, corn hole, spades, rum and cigar tastings, gin tastings, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, shopping, off site excursions….just to name a few. Transportation from the airport to the resort was seamless and was provided by Turisimo. Check in was a bit cumbersome and slow; however, our assigned butler, Olbis, was extremely helpful linking us to the butler app and getting us to our room. Once we had the app downloaded, it was easy to contact Olbis for anything, and when we did contact him he was quick to respond to our wishes and needs. We accidentally got locked out of our safe twice and texts to Olbis got our safe opened within 5 minutes. Olbis posted daily activities and events which kept us well informed. There are plenty of food options to satisfy everyone’s taste buds, and only two of the themed restaurants required reservations. There are several swim up bars to satisfy the needs of those who like a rambunctiously fun crowd or a less crowded atmosphere. The resort’s beach was great for relaxing and sunning; however, the explosion of seaweed made swimming an obstacle course dodging seaweed. I brought my portable spincaster strung with braided 20lb test and a 30lb steel leader. Caught some mutton snapper. All of the shaded areas and cabanas are free and first come-first served; unlike other beachside all inclusive resorts that charge extra for these services. For our family, we spent every evening on the plaza dancing salsa, merengue, Chicago stepping, and line dancing. I recommend that you bring small bills to tip your servers and to save you from having to break a $50 and/or $100 bill(s) at the front desk. And, the front desk will appreciate it. The Blossom Spa offers a full spa experience and every package includes an hour in the aromatherapy/hydro pools. Nera gave me the best facial that I’ve ever had!!! Deep cleansing! Relaxing!! And refreshing!!!If we ever decide to vacation in Punta Cana, the Majestic Elegance and Olbis will be our choice.

All of the wonderful things you read about MEPC are absolutely true, from the beautiful, immaculately kept grounds to the personalized service. We found the buffet food to be pretty typical buffet quality. We ate most of our breakfasts and lunches at the Sea and See for the nice sea breeze and view of the water, and most of our dinners at the steak house (which was delicious!). The shows were good, especially the Disco Show and Dominican Show. Don’t miss the Dominican night DJ on the hotel plaza where guests get to practice their newly learned dance moves! There is currently a sargassum (floating seaweed) problem, so my advice is to keep an eye on it and wait till it’s gone if you want to enjoy playing in the sea. Otherwise, the swirly pools are so fun that we didn’t really miss the beach! While this resort is all-inclusive, the DR is an emerging nation, so please tip - even if all you can do is a dollar or two. The service staff will appreciate it so much, and are very deserving. They truly work hard to make you feel special and welcomed. Walking distance between rooms, activities and eateries can be far, so may be tough for those with mobility issues. If you have problems, ask at check-in about golf-cart assistance. Lastly, if you’re looking for a quiet vacation, this might not be your place. We booked an adults-only Club level room thinking we would be away from noise. But many times a day, the animators at the family pool would turn the music to full volume during their activities, and the sound came very loud over to the adults- only pool areas. It really ruined any semblance of the peaceful vacation experience I had planned on. Otherwise, a wonderful resort - but I will likely look for a quieter one next time.

We especially want to thank the staff for their outstanding service – every little detail was carefully thought out and executed to perfection. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the housekeeping team deserves special thanks for their hard work. (Remember to leave a tip – they truly earn it!) The restaurant staff was exemplary, always friendly and professional, and the food was excellent – varied, high quality, and never boring, even during our two-week stay. Even though our English is not very strong, we were always treated kindly and with respect. One minor issue we encountered was that a few times we were mistaken for Russian tourists because of our accent – we are Finnish, and to us, being associated with Russians can feel offensive. We paid for the Elegance Club, and it was definitely worth it. We were looked after by a gentleman named Olbis, who fulfilled every request we had. I wanted to arrange something romantic in our room for my partner, and he delivered beautifully. Although we didn’t use many of the club services, the overall experience still justified the extra cost. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the pricing in the hotel’s shops and stores. The prices were simply too high. I would have loved to buy all my souvenirs, cigars, and clothes from the hotel, but the costs were unreasonable. We’ve traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels, and Majestic Elegance definitely ranks in our top 3. If the shop prices had been even half as much, this hotel would easily take the number one spot. All in all, a perfect trip – and all the credit goes to the amazing staff at Majestic Elegance. Thank you! NOTE for travelers to Punta Cana: On the return trip at the airport, the shops had no visible prices on snacks, drinks, or other small items. It felt like the price depended on your appearance. I bought the exact same items twice, and the second time they cost double. I left the items and walked away. Pure Paradise! Unforgettable Stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana 🌴🌞

We recently returned from an impromptu (5th visit) blissful escape to Majestic Elegance Punta Cana, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. 🌟 Service: The staff was consistently warm, professional, and eager to help. Whether at the front desk, the pool bar, housekeeping or our Butler — every interaction left us smiling. 🏨 Room: We stayed in a spacious room, Elegance Club Junior Suite with Jacuzzi Room number 2251 featuring an in room Jacuzzi and a private balcony. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying a quiet coffee outside was pure heaven. 🍽 Dining: The culinary options were diverse and consistently delicious. We especially enjoyed the See & Sea Ocean Front restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The buffet had something for everyone — and then some plus it was very close to our room! Dinner visits included 9 Doors sitting at the Sushi Bar, IL Bottaccio (Italian), Flavors Main Buffet, and Limited Gourmand. One night we enjoyed a Romanic Dinner on the beach with steak and lobster as the main course. 🏖 Beach & Pool: White sand, turquoise water, and plenty of loungers. The pool area had a great vibe, with music and a swim-up bar that kept things lively but never overcrowded. Our Bartenders at Maximas Pool Bar at the Elle Club - Maxima, Sonta, Anxelina, and Marilania were the best. They consistently provided quick service, Very friendly and helpful. They are the life of the pool area. 👑 Elegance Club Experience: We highly recommend the upgrade! The private beach section, exclusive lounges, and attentive butler service brought an added touch of luxury. Our Butler, Guzman, was very attentive to our needs or requests. If it was possible he would get it done. We're looking forward to our future visit in August to reconnect with him, the pool bar staff and others at Majestic 🎉 Entertainment & Activities: From foam parties (these are the best in the Club Pool) to live music and beach games, there was always something going on. The energy and passion of the entertainment team were infectious. 🧘 Spa & Relaxation: My wife indulged in a massage and we both loved the hydrotherapy circuit — peaceful, rejuvenating, and worth every penny. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Thank you, Majestic Elegance, for an unforgettable vacation! ✨ Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone needing a dose of luxury and sunshine. Any transportation needs we highly recommend Go Majestic. They are on site and have always provided great service for us.
