Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Inclusive Adults On

Majestic Punta Cana met all of our expectations for a perfect Caribbean vacation. The location is right by the beach, rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel provides everything you need, including a sewing kit and a shaving kit. The rooms are soundproof enough for our liking and the service is excellent. The staff always smiles and is very helpful and our butler Orlando Nuñez was always there to help us. He even gave us a few Majestic gifts! I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, families and friends. There is tons of stuff to do everyday, I wish we could stay longer! Thank you for amazing stay!

We had a lovely week at Majestic Elegance. Some areas of the hotel needed updating but overall we enjoyed ourselves. Our Butler, Osvaldy, was top notch and the best Butler we have ever had. Very attentive to our every need and request. He always had answers and when we had an issue with our airport transfer, he arranged for private transportation. I cannot say enough about him, if you are visiting, you should request him. We also loved interacting with Joel at the pools. He was very personable and always had a smile on his face.

Yes this resort is the worst I ever been and I stayed in the Club member 10 days. I booked my reservation directly through their website and my first charge was ok then they told me the rest will be charged at my arrival which is Ok. I decided to do an upgrade of room with better view upon arrival. At the end they gave me 2 bills in pesos one for the rest of the reservation and another one for the upgrade. I requested the bill in dollars and they denied to give me one. So when i arrived to my home in USA and check my statement surprise !! they were an extra 15 dollars for the original reservation and for the upgrade I discovered they charged me for 2 wines that I never requested or received for a total of 110 dollars extra in the bill of the upgrade room plus another 9 dollars that they keep saying is a fee from my bank. after i talked with my bank they said they dont charged extra fees So be aware for extra wines that they put in your bills. Also I want to mentioned that I expected more from my buttler they were poor communication just for txt until I suggest to him what I saw from another buttlers around. FOOD was horrible every day the same nothing spectacular neither in the evening restaurants. they start to closed 2 restaurant per day in the evenings and send guest to the other resorts for me was not convenient since I had surgery and could not walk long distances. ACTIVITIES were cancelled all the time because low season. The only good was the servers Maxima. Marilena and Santa.

As always, our stay at Majestic Elegance was fantastic! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. Property is clean and well maintained. Our Butler Osvaldy is always fantastic! He takes great care of us and everything we need while we are there.

I am rating Five Stars based on value for your dollar rather than just the resort being a completely amazing experience.. See below.. In my opinion the Majestic resorts fall into good value for your dollar, rather than "high end" I have been to high end, they are better no question, but they are also more money. I travelled solo this vacation, I normally travel with my wife. For solo 7 days is too long. Keep in mind Majestic has no purely adult restaurants or resorts that are only adults. The good All the staff members. Loyda at the plaza and disco Loyda at the beach bar area Roberto in the lobby. All the bartenders at the main pool. Leandro at the Mirage upstairs. All of them made my trip more enjoyable. Karin my concierge - he updated me daily, and kept in touch with me to make sure I didnt have any concerns or issues. True professional ! Entertainment staff, Christina, Braulio, Mayelin, all of them are wonderful. Alex also. Most of the entertainment were brought over from the colonial which is closed, so I knew all the entertainment staff already. They truly make your trip more enjoyable and fun... they all care, and are very personable. Christina dancing with me was a lot of fun, and then Mayelin also when Christina was off for 3 days.. Thank you ladies !! The entertainment at the Mirage were also a fun group but I didnt get to know them that well.. Some of them might be a little loco (in a good way) !! jajaja !! The See and Sea buffet I ate only at lunch, but the buffet always had good options and quality was 8 out of 10. (very good) Breakfast buffet at the mirage was decent 7/10, also flavours at elegance 6.5/10 Steakhouse was my favorite, if they get it right, its a 10/10. They need to work on consistency. The chef knows if your steak is overcooked.. They will serve it anyway.. This to me is what separates a high end resort (iberostar Joia, hyatt zillara, or Excellence) for example from the majestic chain. Also food choices and overall quality are lacking in some ways. For the most part I could still find foods I enjoyed. The customers - I met so many awesome Americans, and fellow Canadians and made some terrific friends. The people were amazing !! This alone would bring me back to the resort. Now for the things I did not like, or what I found to be marginal or disappointing. The main pool has so many tiles missing it is easy to stub your toe, or even cut your toe on a tile as there are hundreds of tiles missing, and people were "collecting" them to bring home as a souvenir. The were falling off constantly. The pool badly needs a reno, and I am surprised they did not do this last year when the resort was being partially renovated. Right now the Colonial is closed for renovations, and last October 2024 the Elegance was closed for renovations. My room was good (3307), the air conditioning worked fine - some were complaining about theirs. My bed was super comfy, I think it was foam, and just the right firmness for me. It made my lower back pain go away for the entire week !! The maid was excellent, but I didnt clean my room every day as I was solo and made no mess. The club lounges are nice to have, grab something quick, water, a towel, etc.. It was nice to be able to use the mirage side as low occupancy had some of the elegance restaurants closed so the mirage eating options were open to elegance people. I didnt not find the mirage eating experience to be much better than elegance. I know its more money... But now I know why my neighbors were a little disappointed when they went last year to the Mirage. The mirage buffet one night for dinner, they had a pork loin, some not very good steaks, and some fish they would grill, but no whole or cut up potatoes, other than some that were deep fried and crispy with a honey coating, and some mashed with cheese mixed.. I didnt even know what they were, they should label them mashed potatoes with cheese... But not one whole potato.. Lots of deep fried options, and not much else... I am sorry but the buffet that night to me was a 4/10... I ended up eating pizza and the mashed potatoes, and a little of the pork loin.. Not enough options in my opinion, and what they did have was nothing I was interested in.. Maybe other people really enjoyed it?? It just wasnt my taste for the most part. Overall I did enjoy the trip.. Would I return? YES I would, and will due to the value and experience with the staff.
