Outstanding resort with amazing staff, one in particular…

The resort is very manageable, not too big and walkable-no need for shuttles. 5⭐️s. The club room was outstanding. Another 5⭐️s. The pools (where we spent a lot of time) again, 5⭐️s. The beach and its setup-5⭐️s. The food unfortunately, while the best we have eaten as we have stayed at multiple resorts in the DR, was still not something I can brag about. 3⭐️s. However I will close with the staff, in particular one man. They are so so SO attentive to their specific duties. From the silent inconspicuous gardeners doing their thing, the housekeepers doing what they do , the bell keeps, front desk, restaurant staff, bartenders, everyone easily earn and are given 5⭐️s. However upon arrival, we were met immediately by our assigned butler (club level rooms have a designated butler) Osvaldy (Ova is his nickname). This young man is so genuinely nice. Attentive, all day, everyday to us even on his day off! Well spoken in English. We have his phone number and he has ours. Complimentary, but not overtly to win/earn my tip$. He was simply PERFECT! Ova made our family & friends trip extremely memorable with the numerous extras he was able to accomplish. Let me put it this way-he was so authentically nice and helpful with making this trip soooo good, I told him and I mean it-should he ever find himself in NY for a visit one day, I told him to find me:)

Good anniversary vacation

The resort is beautiful. The entertainment is good. The service is excellent. Our butler osvaldy Guerrero. Was excellent. Always around. Catering to our every wish. The food wasn’t good this time but I was told that new management in that area is being sought. The place is very clean.

We just spent 8 wonderful days in the Caribbean celebrating our anniversary, and our stay at Majestic Elegance exceeded every expectation. The customer service was truly impeccable. No matter where we were on the resort or what time of day it was, every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. That level of hospitality is rare and made such a difference in our experience. A special thank you to Marcos, Yovanny, Christian, Jose, Pedro, Carlos, Papa, Black Diamonds, Manuel De Jesus, Wander, Rosemary, Masiel, and Victor. Each of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would also like to give a very special thank you to our butler, Osvaldy. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we had everything we needed and continuously surprised us with thoughtful touches throughout the week. His attention to detail and genuine care made our anniversary trip even more special. The food was excellent, the resort was beautiful, and the service was second to none. If you're traveling without kids and are considering upgrading to the Club section, DO IT—you won't regret it! Thank you, Majestic Elegance, for an unforgettable vacation. We will absolutely be back, and it's the incredible staff that will bring us back again

Trip to Magestic Elegance

Second time at this resort. Great staff, beautiful layout, good / decent food depending on where you go. Osvaldy our butler was absolutely amazing, he made sure we always had what we needed and went above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. If you get him as your butler you are in good hands ! Rooms were clean and made everyday, all bar staff were friendly and awesome. Michael Angelo hibachi chef is the best!
