Unfortunately, the service we received was incredibly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. There were three major issues during our stay: The "Lost" Breakfast Order Ruined Our Schedule: On our very first day of check-in, we specifically ordered a packed breakfast box for the morning of our Day 3 excursion. The front desk explicitly confirmed that the order was placed. However, when the morning of Day 3 arrived, there was absolutely no breakfast. When we asked the front desk, they claimed they had no record of it, and the restaurant was equally clueless. We were left with nothing to eat before a very tight and exhausting day trip. This was a massive failure in communication and completely unacceptable. Appalling Housekeeping Standards: Despite leaving a 100 THB tip on the bedside table every single day, the room cleaning was extremely careless. Used bath towels and bathrobes were neither replaced with fresh ones nor taken away. The housekeeping staff simply left the damp, used towels and robes hanging in the wardrobe exactly as we had left them. Failure to Restock Basic Amenities: On our last day, after the room was supposedly "cleaned," we found that the shower gel and shampoo had not been restocked at all. I had to call the front desk late at night, exhausted, just to get basic toiletries delivered to our room so we could take a shower. For a hotel charging nearly $4,000 for a stay, this level of service is a complete joke. The lack of internal communication, the lazy housekeeping, and the failure to provide basic promised amenities ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. I strongly advise future travelers to reconsider booking here if they expect service that matches the price.

I recently returned to Malisa Villa Suites, three years after my first stay, and it is still the most beautiful hotel in Phuket in my heart. Coming back felt incredibly special — everything was just as I remembered, peaceful, elegant, and thoughtfully maintained. What touched me most was seeing familiar faces again. Khun Daniel has been working here for at least three years, and yet his passion for his work hasn’t faded at all. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm truly stood out and made my stay even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

This is our 4th stay in Thailand, and this time we chose Malisa Villa Suites and their Superior Pool Villa. After 12 days here, we can say that this is the best place we have stayed in Thailand so far. Our expectations were not only fully met, but even exceeded. First, I am not sure why their website or booking information does not highlight the pool. It is very big and also quite deep at 1.8 m, compared to other hotels. This should be the first thing mentioned in the room description, it is so good. The water temperature was comfortable, it was cleaned every day from leaves and other debris, and there is a small waterfall which improves privacy and makes sure no one can hear you. The villa itself is very nice and has beautiful, Instagram-worthy vibes. Second is the location. The location is literally perfect. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach, and everything you need is nearby, like 7/11, very good restaurants, some street food, and even noisy roads haha. At the same time, the hotel is located in a very quiet area where you do not hear any bikes or other noise that could disturb you, only amazing birds. Kata Beach is also one of the best areas in Phuket. The third thing is the breakfast. Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 12:00, which is amazing because we like to wake up late. Usually hotels serve breakfast only until 11 am, and this extra hour made our stay even better. We could swim in the pool or go to the beach before breakfast, or simply wake up even later. It is an a la carte restaurant, the food was tasty, and we did not get bored of it even after 12 days. Iced cappuccino and Thai tea were our favorite drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well, unlike in many other hotels in Phuket, and were available anytime to help us with everything. We also got a free early check-in. We arrived around 10 am and waited only 20-30 minutes, which was very kind of them. We stayed during peak season, and the hotel still offered a great level of privacy, even when it was fully booked.
