Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was amazing and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The room was very clean, the pools were excellent, and everything was kept to the highest standard. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is tucked in Karon beach however there is shuttle to go to Karon Beach, and shuttle to drop you within the resort. Room is clean, quiet and beautiful decorated when we checked in. Service is great, and staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d love to visit again and spend more time in the resort than being in busy area in Phuket.

Our stay at Mandarava Resort & Spa was nothing short of magical. The resort feels like an eco-sanctuary, set amidst stunning natural surroundings that make every stroll through the property a delight. It’s beautifully designed to blend with the lush landscape, giving it the serene feel of an eco-resort while still being wonderfully luxurious. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and designed for comfort—we immediately felt at home. What made the stay truly special, though, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. A special shout-out to Lemon and Peachy, who went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Breakfast was another highlight: a wide-ranging spread that truly caters to every palate, from light and healthy to indulgent and hearty. It’s rare to see such variety done so well, and the attention to detail was clear. Mandarava is the kind of place that makes you feel both rejuvenated and spoiled. For anyone looking for a resort that combines natural beauty, thoughtful service, and absolute comfort, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
